🧪 What's new in Version 2.5? First, I've solidified the game's foundations and significantly improved the in-game AI and lab environments. With the 2.5 update, I've managed to achieve a truly polished gameplay experience by fixing a total of 90 bugs. I've recreated the in-game levels from scratch and completely overhauled the monster AI and quota objectives. The v2.5 update offers a much smoother gameplay experience and more in-game details.


NEW features arriving with the v2.5 update:

Anomaly Inventory ⚠️: If an item in your inventory shows a red exclamation mark "!", it could be a dangerous item. This doesn't mean you have to drop it immediately, but it does mean you should be careful.

Siren Sounds 🔊: The siren sounds you hear in the game indicate that you have entered the most dangerous moment of the game. For an average of 1 minute, your environment becomes a very dangerous place, and you can be exposed to many anomalies.

Oxygen 💨: You must constantly monitor your oxygen level in the game. You can refill your oxygen tank from the oxygen tanks you find in the game. ⛽

MiniGame 🧩: There are many doors and many rooms in the game! So when you don't have a key, you can win one by playing this mini-game. 🔑 However, this game becomes increasingly difficult. Revive Your Dead Friend 👻

When your friend dies in the game, you have two options to revive them:

  • 1. AnomalyBaby : This is an in-game item that looks like you. By taking this item to the revival room and placing it inside the revival capsule, your friend will be revived. ♻️

  • 2. Quota Completion : The second method is to complete the quota given to you in the game. When you complete it and get on the elevator, all your dead friends will be automatically revived.

Developer's Comment: We will continue to respond immediately to hacks, regardless of whether it is in Normal or Prime Matching. We will also prepare satisfactory long-term measures. We promise to adhere to a zero-tolerance policy and respond thoroughly to this issue.

  • Fixed 'Bear Trap' Skill Error

    • Adjusted sound output and optimized visual effects.

  • Increased Spawn Frequency of Raid Portals (Red Portals)

    • The frequency of their appearance in the mid-game has been increased.

    • The probability of the 'Raid Portal' from the Witch's Curse has slightly increased.

Developer's Comment: This adjustment is intended to improve the game experience after the 10-minute mark in Quick Match and Ranked Match by providing an 'optional risk'.

  • 'Gift' Rune Effect

    • The effect of the 'Gift' rune, which was not working as intended, has been reduced.

I'm back with another round of fun post-launch updates.

This time, WE'VE GOT TOOLS FOR YA.

Were you not feeling enough wind in your little monk sails last time?

Not feeling quite flame-y enough?

Well, that's very specific of you, but I have great news.

You're gonna get a dang broom. You're gonna get a flaming crossbow. And you know what? You're gonna get.. potentially even more sources of fire in this update. Because we care about you and your health.

Here are the full patch notes for the Get Some Space update:

  • Added a Fire Crossbow. Y'know, for setting things on fire

  • Added a Knockback Broom. Y'know, for knocking things back

  • Added a Pack of Candles. Y'know, for flashbanging your foes (the team tells me this is what candles are apparently for)

  • Useful level modifications happened

  • Fixed an issue where shadows would be cast from the chat bubbles above players' heads

  • Fixed an issue where oil would make the host slippery but not other players (😳)

  • Improved Steam Deck support with new default graphics settings and a new default Steam Input map!

  • Added AMD FSR3 as an anti-aliasing option! This can be paired with the render scale setting to greatly improve performance on weaker computers

  • Added the new tools to all shops

  • Improved the tutorial messages for players on the Steam Deck

  • Fixed an issue where spicefalls wouldn't have their intended spice effect

  • Fixed an issue with apples and oranges. Again, lol

  • Fall damage now takes the player's velocity into consideration

When I grabbed this list from the programmers, I found a scribbled note that just says "use knockback brooms to rocket jump." What on earth did they mean by that??? Hello?

  • Firearm malfunctioning - As durability on a firearm goes down, once it reaches 85% durability it will start to have the chance to malfunction. As durability goes down, the chance increases. This can be disabled in difficulty settings.

  • Melee damage degradation - As durability on a melee weapon goes down, the overall damage output will slowly start to reduce. This can be disabled in difficulty settings.

  • Vehicle towing - A multitude of vehicles (But not all) can now tow another vehicle.

  • Traders now have a set amount of currency - Traders that both buy and sell items now have a set amount of currency they can trade with. Buying will reduce it and selling to them increases it. Currency resets when their stock does. This can be disabled in difficulty settings.

  • Can now show vehicle speed in KPH

  • Vehicle changes:

    • Swat Van - Max health increased to 300 from 225

    • Golf Cart - Max health reduced to 50 from 75

    • Flatbed Truck - Max health reduced to 125 from 175

    • Big Rig - Max health increased to 200 from 150

  • Ghillie hood/s now has an armor stat that can be rolled

  • Ghillie hood/s now accepts NVGs

  • Weapons such as snipers, shotguns, etc will now reduce durability of muzzle attachments faster

  • Updated katana model thanks to 'Darias Fortis'

  • Adjustment to grenade throwing so in tighter locations the throw has more power

  • Increased zombie boss inventory

  • Buffed MP7 damage to roll between 19-26

  • Buffed Lechie damage to roll between 215-235, buffed critical hit multiplier to roll between 20%-25%

  • Vehicles lose health much faster when underwater

  • When spawning in your player is now frozen in place before everything is loaded

  • Different vehicles now have much more damage dealt towards them when running over AI
