Hello, this is a small patch with a new T3 shoulder weapon:
Hazda G120 Flak Gun (Autocannon)
It fires projectiles with a proximity fuse, making it easier to aim at fast-moving targets.

Hello Knights!

Patch 1.6 brings fixes and improvements - mainly item drop tier selection for all raids, more items displayed on the victory screen, and new nightmares in T3 raids. There are also 11 new parts including unique weapons like powerful plasma bombs.

Raid Map Pack - new DLC adds 5 new raids including an underground base, towns, and an oil field.

What's next?
MKN will now be in the maintenance phase, so no new major updates are planned. I will be monitoring feedback for major bug reports and will try to fix them in small updates. You can also expect a few new parts in occasional content drops. Thank you for every single feedback and bug report so far - you helped me make this game better.

The story doesn't end here.

MKN2 will be officially under development starting this coming Monday! Ethan and humanity's struggle will continue. I will be working hard to create a bigger and better sequel in every way possible. There are many new features I want to add such as melee weapons, loadout saving, and different leg types. The list is long. You can expect an update here as soon as the MKN2 store page is ready, hopefully by the end of the year.

Hello knights!
I'm finalizing my work on patch 1.6 and the Raid Map Pack DLC . There are a few new unique weapons and parts coming to the game in the free update.

GEM-40 Artemis

A unique Tier 3 lock-on missile launcher. Projectiles aim for their targets and, when a hit is ensured, fire a chemical laser which causes an instantaneous explosion on the target.



ALC-01 Havo

The first laser assault rifle, similar to ELC-01 Sunstorm and SR-01 Surya, causes instant explosions on the target, though with a much higher firing rate and precision.



A lot of you asked for a nuke, but NATO is still hesitant to use them. However, there are new experimental weapons coming that will come close to it:

NV-30 Lena


This is a Tier 3 plasma bomb launcher. Fires projectiles with an experimental explosive warhead that creates a huge plasma ball on impact, dealing damage over a large area for a few seconds. The explosion is strong enough to damage your mech so watch out.



LPM-1 Aurora
This is a Tier 2 cruise missile version with the same plasma warhead.


There will also be a new Tier 3 torso, MF-122 Eclipse, that will come in a few variants including one with four built-in coaxial gatlings.

Thank you for your ongoing feedback and issue reports. I try to keep track of them. Patch 1.6 will include new fixes and improvements. The item list on the victory screen will now show up to 250 picked-up items on a scrolled list. Also, as mentioned, you will be able to choose any drop tier on any raid map.

Mecha Knights: Nightmare is getting a second DLC - the Raid Map Pack. This pack will contain five completely new raid maps, including farm fields, oil fields, small towns, and an underground base!

The DLC will be released along with a patch that includes improvements, fixes, and free new T3 parts.
You will now be able to choose item drop tiers in each raid map, with higher tier drops becoming available as you progress through the main campaign. There will also be new challenging threats in the later raid waves. My goal is to add more replayability, allowing you to hunt for any item tier on your favorite maps, while I will be working on a bigger and better sequel!

The DLC will be released in June or July and will be priced at $5 USD.

Operation Ascalon DLC and Patch 1.5 are here!

As with the base game I really hope you will have epic fun, as much I was passionate about create the DLC and improving the base game! Thank you for the continuing support and all the kind words from you; they really helped to keep me motivated.

The release doesnt mean end of the development.

The game was tested for months before the release but I'm a solo developer so something could always slip through, please let me know if you find any issues.

I will be monitoring steam forums a lot and start working on fixes immidietly if something will be reported.

Please also feel free to leave feedback or suggestions, I would love to hear what you have to say.

I hope you will have epic fun, and hear from you about how many thousends Reds you have managed to eliminate!
