We are now excited to launch our new Issue Tracker! The Issue Tracker replaces our Bug Reporting forums and can be accessed here:

To report a bug, simply log in with your regular Frontier account and click 'Submit Report'. You'll then be given all the steps you need to let us know about any issues you have experienced.

On this site you can:

• Submit issues
  
• Follow the status of your reports
  
• See which issues have been reported by others
  
• Vote on which issues matter most to you
  
• Search for specific reports
  
• Help contribute towards existing issues

With the launch of our new Issue Tracker the Bug Reporting forums will now be archived and all reports will now use the Issue Tracker.

It's been a while since we last got together at PAX and we've been itching for another opportunity to hang out together! Well good news! We're back for another amazing Frontier Meet up at PAX East! This is a great chance to come enjoy some food, drinks and have a little fun with the Frontier community! It's going to be a fantastic event and we can't wait to see you there!

Here's everything you need to know about the meet up:

When: 20:00 - 00:00 (EST)

To join in the fun all you have to do is sign up and request your tickets via our Google Form here.

• When you've done that you just need to sit tight and wait for the community team to respond and confirm your reserved tickets, please note tickets are on a first come, first served basis.
  
• The confirmed tickets will come in the form of an Eventbrite invitation and you will need to confirm the Eventbrite invitation in order to attend the event.
  
• The tickets will give you all the details of the event.
  
• All tickets are free but please be aware that you will need to be over 21 to be allowed into the venue.
  
• You can reserve up to two tickets per person.
  
• The tickets are for the Frontier Community even only, tickets are not associated with entry to PAX East.

It's that time of the year again, where it's all about giving, sharing, and celebrating. And of course we wouldn't have it any other way then to celebrate this time with you...

Frontier's 24 Hour Charity Stream!

On 17 December, 2018 (midday UTC), Frontier will be starting our fourth annual Charity livestream to raise money for SpecialEffect, a wonderful charity which helps people with physical disabilities use technology and play videogames. It's a charity we are all incredibly passionate about, and last year we raised over £58,000 together with you all - we can't wait to reach more milestones this year and have 24 hours full of fun activities for you to enjoy. We will be hosting several activities in the weeks to come as well as during the 24 hour stream, which will end on 18 December, midday UTC.


Charity Auction

This year we've got another exciting Charity Auction lined up for you; this Auction features unique prizes that you can bid on, like two special Elite Dangerous paintjobs, signed props from our Jeff Goldblum interview earlier this year, or a unique Planet Coaster cushion set (and loads more, don't worry!). We will post separately about all the prizes you can bid on in the coming week. All of the money from the Charity Auction goes to our Just Giving page for SpecialEffect, and you will receive your amazing prize (if you are the highest bidder) after the Charity stream.


Charity Sweepstake

The Charity Sweepstake is the final hour of the livestream (so 11AM UTC on 18 December) and it's the hour during which we give out loads of amazing prizes to our wonderful community. For every £1 you donate to our Just Giving campaign between now and 18 December 11 AM UTC, you get 1 entry into the prize draw (so if you donate £10, you get 10 entries, and so forth). At the end of the stream we will pick winners together on screen, so make sure to donate and enter your email address (the optional field at donation, not as a comment) for a chance to win one of the following amazing prizes:

Charity Sweepstake

• Every full £1 (UK British pounds) donated to the Just Giving page is an entry into the prize draw.
  
• If a donation is made in another currency, it will be converted to make sure you receive the correct number of entries into the prize draw.
  
• The prize draw will be held on 18 December, 2018 at 11AM UTC as the final part of the livestream. Any donation made between the time this post goes live and 18 December, 2018 11AM UTC will count towards this prize draw.
  
• For prize draw tickets to be valid, they must include suitable contact details. Please put your email address in the donation field (not as a publicly viewable comment).
  
• Prizes in the Sweepstake may be substituted for one of equal value if, for any reason, they become unavailable, such as going out of stock.

Just a swift note on a new update to LostWinds we released today:

• Scenery objects (foliage, particle effects, etc) now respond to Enril (i.e. the cursor) passing over them, which makes the world feel that bit more responsive and alive.
  
• We reduced the amount of slow motion, especially when using the gust power on environment objects. This makes the game flow nicer; previously, any gust would cause significant slow motion for a few seconds.
