This is an announcement that Kenney Game Assets will soon be leaving Steam, it'll be retired permanently. If you have Kenney Game Assets in your library you'll still be able to use it and download it in the future.

We've released Kenney Game Assets (1) to Steam as an experiment when Steam was expanding from games. It had a good run but ultimately we feel this isn't the right platform for game assets, we will be selling our premium bundles in a different store.

Kenney Game Assets has been updated to version 40, adding around 1,700 new sprites and other assets! The launcher has also been updated to add support for Linux and display the correct package version.

The launcher also has been remade from the ground up and now supports Windows, Mac and Linux. Please report any problems.

This update will be the final update that adds new content, we'll be preparing a new bundle in the future. All separate asset releases will remain free to download, so you can keep this bundle up-to-date by downloading any updates from the official website; http://www.kenney.nl

Kenney Game Assets has been updated to version 37, adding around 1,300 new sprites! Please note that the current launcher displays the wrong version, if you've got the 'Jumper Pack' included you know you've got the latest version. We're still working on a launcher that'll work on Linux too, it's almost done and will probably be included in the next version!


Roguelike: Caves & Dungeons (520 assets)

Kenney Game Assets has been updated to version 35, adding around 1,000 new sprites! Here's an overview:

Roguelike (characters)



Modular characters that fit the already included 'Roguelike pack', 16x16 and fully modular clothing, weapons and armor.

Roguelike (indoors)



Additional indoor objects and tiles including new beds, tables, chairs, kitchen components and other details.

3D Minigolf pack



Over 50 different objects to create a minigolf-esque game. Completely compatible with Unity and other 3D engines.

Toy brick pack



Toy bricks to create physics based puzzle games or add to the included 'Platformer pack', also includes character blocks.

We're constantly working on new assets and features, thanks to the Steam sales we can add many new items. Here's what's coming up:

Launcher
The launcher will be updated to add the ability to quickly browse through all asset packs available.

Toy brick assets
Will get a slight overhaul and a new release which adds a few new sprites.



Roguelike: Human characters
The new 16x16 version of the Roguelike assets will receive modular characters. You can pick a base, add clothing, armor, weapons and shields to create your own unique hero.

UI Pack II
The second UI pack will include numerous of new buttons, panels, sliders and more to create a fun UI for casual games.

Racing pack
We're working on a racing pack (topdown) in both pixel and vector version. Included will be track parts and cars, as well as everything needed to create parking games.

3D Minigolf assets
These modular tiles will create a minigolf course from heaven (or hell...), also included will be flags, balls and sticks.

3D City roads
Previously only available as 2D isometric sprites these roads combine into a sprawling city. Included will be over 150 different models.
