Today, we’ve prepared something special for you: the last free content for House Flipper (at least this year!) and the launch of the Party Furniture Pack! But let’s start with the most important part - what’s waiting for you in the new update!

This month was the last one we had in our office! Don’t worry we’re not closing off. It was finally time for us to change the building we’re operating, and just as a reminder of the great things that came to life in the old one, we decided to make the Frozen Way Office the free map for all House Flipper Fans! As always, with the release of the paid DLC, we’ve prepared a bunch of features for all of our dearest players.
Aside from optimising RAM usage and FPS, we’ve also decided to give you a few more features…

From now on, you can reset houses from your office in case something goes wrong or you simply want to repeat it. If you do so, you’ll be refunded 60% of the money spent on that house.
This should help with crashes happening on older consoles. And yes this and every free feature is coming both to consoles and pc.

Instead of selling the flipped property, you’ll be able to select a rent price and receive a steady flow of money while it is rented.
