Hello all,

A new hotfix is now up: 0.9.2

Issues fixed:
- The price of towers and upgrades Crystals disappear in some cases
- Updated the description for Energy Towers to show Damage and Cooldown
- Updated the 'Banker' Perk description to correctly reflect how it works: It will give the player 10% more gold per kill, not at the end of the wave.

Hello all,

A new hotfix is now up: 0.9.1

Issues fixed:
- Added correct crystal value for Cannon and Magic level 4 towers;
- Fixed an Upgrade which makes Magic towers cost nothing;
- Fixed a tower placeholder in level 5;
- Fixed some texts;

Hello everyone,

We are happy to announce Early Access version 0.9 of Ezaron Defense is here. Again, based on your feedback and on our roadmap we added new features, and also fix some bugs. A detailed list of the changes can be found down here.

This will be the last Major Update before the full game release (version 1.0). We encourage you to still send us your feedback. What do you like? What do you don't like? Drop us a visit on our Discord or here on forums.

note: We advise you to start a new game to have a full experience, but you can also continue playing the game from where you are right now.

When are you going to release the full game?
We plan to do it in February/March next year.

What major features we plan to add when the full game is released?
- STEAM achievements;
- New game mode: 4 new levels to play with no wave limit;
- Full Wiki-Pedia (aka: Ezaronpedia);
- full story + 2 new bosses;
- and of course: all the 20 missions available;

After the full game released we will provide hotfixes when needed and maybe new updates. This will depend on your feedback.

Changelog:

unlock Magic Tower level 4 wich bring 2 new towers: Ice and Arcane

We fixed 2 small issues:
- Options button didn't work properly in game levels;
- Info box button didn't work for levels: 2,3,4,5 and 11

Hi all,

After 0.8 update, some levels did not work properly: 7, 8, 9, 12, 13. The SPAWN button crashes the game without any error message.

Thanks to the community for reporting this.

We released 0.8.1 and fixed this problem.

Hello everyone,

We are happy to announce Early Access version 0.8 of Ezaron Defense is here. Again, based on your feedback and on our roadmap we added new features, made some changes, and also fix some bugs. A detailed list of the changes can be found down here.

This version of the game comes with a significant change: the difficulty. We read your reviews and listen to the feedback so, we decided to make the game a little harder. This update has 3 new levels: 11, 12 and 13, but these levels are more challenging than the others you already played.

These changes are not final, and we already work on a Difficulty Slider feature we want to implement, later in the game. So, for those who still think the game is too easy or too hard, have patience, new things are coming along.

note: We advise you to start a new game to have a full experience, but you can also continue playing the game from where you are right now.

Changelog:

- Two new enemy types: Melee Resistance and Magic Resistance enemy
Last update we added armored enemies. Now, some of them will also have an additional resistance layer.
Magical Resistance creatures receive less damage from Magic and Lighting towers;
Melee Resistance creatures receives less damage from Archer and Cannon towers;
Each of them has their respective aura.

- Infobox when a new enemy appears
Now, for every new creature you met, the player can choose to read some additional info. This is only the first step in our objective to create a 'Monsterpedia'

- New Level 4 Towers
Speaking of towers. 2 new tower updates are now available in-game.
Balista Tower, which has a low fire rate, but does high splash damage;
Rocket Launcher Tower, which has a very high fire rate but only target one enemy;
Don't forget that Level 4 towers are using crystals to upgrade. Crystals are earned by killing Armored creatures.

- Fixing Town Level bug
When loading a previously saved game, the town level was not correctly calculated and this may lock some of the levels;

- Fire Archer tower does more damage
It's now the strongest archer tower.

- New music track for the levels
New music added for the levels. We have 2 new tracks to listen to while fighting with the enemies.

- Overall difficulty changed
The overall game difficulty is a little higher.

Minor changes:
- Remove the reward (1 crystal) you receive when leveling up the Town Level. This does not affect the reward of crystals the player receives when making or upgrading the buildings.
- Added missing description for level 4 archer towers;
- Lich King animation fixed;
- Changed some texts;
- Polish and fixed some paths in levels;
- Some other minor visual and sound issues fixed;

Hello everyone,

We are happy to announce Early Access version 0.7 of Ezaron Defense is here. Based on your feedback and on our roadmap we added new features, made some changes, and also fix some bugs. A detailed list of the changes can be found down here.

For this update, we did not add any new level, but we are planning to do this in 0.8. We decided to do this because we made some changes regarding the difficulty of some of the levels and we also added new types of enemies and need to collect some additional feedback from you.

We advise you to start a new game to have a full experience, but you can also simply reply to the levels with your current profile.

Changelog:

- New enemy type: Armored
Starting level 5, stronger enemies will attack the player. These have a gold aura, representing their Armor.
Both Archer and Magic towers have a special perk that can help you defeat these types of enemies.

Also, the first mini boss will now appear at the end of level 9 (end of chapter 2)

- New Spells
2 new spells added to the collection. These are for your towers and now you can make them shoot faster or do more damage for a small amount of time

- New Level 4 Towers
2 new tower updates are now available in-game.
Fire Archer Tower
Poison Archer Tower - also adds poison damage over time when the target is hit
Level 4 towers are using crysyals to upgrade. Crystals are earned by killing Armored creatures

- New music track for the levels
Only one track for now, but more will come in the next updates ;)

- New buildings
New buildings are now available in town. Make them to receive magic orb for research and update your city.

- Cannon, Magic Towers and Electricity tower changes;
Cannon and Magic towers have now new cooldowns and damage to adjust game difficulty;
Electricity towers cannot shoot aerial units anymore. Only Archer and Magic towers will do this.

- Poison spell updated
Poison spell now affects enemies for 10 seconds dealing 3 units of Damage Over Time.

- Keyboard shortcut
Many of you asked, so here are keyboard shortcuts:
1, 2 and 3 for the spells
Z, X, C and V for the towers
WSAD remains for camera movement

- Scroll speed changed to a higher value for the levels
We plan to add an option to make this changeable by the user

- Spell range indicator now shows exactly where the spell will hit

Minor changes:
- Dialogue window changed;
- Fixed a bug when ESC key does not close the in game pause menu;
- New Electric tower animation
- Tower range indicator is green now;
- Mana text color is white now;
- Changed some texts;
- On the map, the next level is now a little larger to easily identify it;
- Polish some paths in levels;
- Some other minor visual and sound issues fixed;
