Vienna, Austria / Munich, Germany, December 9th, 2020: Desperados III gets another free update - the Bounty Mode is now part of the game and lets you choose, which of the five Desperados you want to play in almost every major mission.* Either you make it easier for yourself or spice the mission up a bit - or you try to finish the game with Hector all over the place!
* similar to the Baron's Challenges, this mode will unlock during the second chapter

Also, the newly activated "Level Editing Cheats" allow you to create your own mission setups and share the savegames with all other Desperados III players. Basically, it's a level editor light. By using the cheat codes, players can easily clean a map and then spawn all types of enemies in any location on the map and have fun by placing different objects throughout the level. You want to use 20 dynamite crates and 10 Gatling guns in Flagstone for maximum chaos? You got it! Get creative and share your own mission setups as savegame files with other players!

A Feast for the Vultures: New Desperados III DLC adds Full New Mission

A Cat, a Chicken, a Dog and a Speedrun Contest: Another Free Update for Desperados III

Vienna, Austria/ Munich, Germany, August 20th, 2020: A cat, a dog and a chicken walk into the town. In the end, Doc McCoy is free! It may sound like the beginning of an epic joke, but is indeed the description of one of the four new Baron's Challenges, added to Desperados III for free. In the Rescue Aid Society Challenge, you take control of Stella the Cat, Agent Floofs, and Sergeant Cluckers! These three unlikely heroes might end McCoy's imprisonment if their skills are used wisely. What do the free challenges have to offer? Take a look:

• Three Men with No Name: Where is Waldo? Identify three specific guards among the crowd of supposed doppelgangers on the map – and kill them!
  
• Bear Trap Triplets: We all know how much Hector loves his little Bianca. One can only imagine what he could do with three of them... why not put it to a test?
  
• Best Served Cold: Some poor guy didn't know who the Baron was and cheated him. The Baron wants him found in a crowded market place and brought to the docks – dead or alive.
  
• Rescue Aid Society: Alas! Doc McCoy is being held prisoner in the Bayous. Isabelle's cat Stella, a dog, and a chicken have formed a special animal commando to rescue the Doc.

Here are the rules:

• Difficulty: Normal
  
• Settings: Please reset the options to default in the options menu. However, you can use your own control schemes.
  
• Challenge: Complete the level as fast as you can without triggering any alarms.
  
• Video: To participate you have to record your best speedrun playthrough of the described challenge above, then upload it on YouTube and send the uncut (!) video (also showing the Replay Screen and Mission Stats Screen upon mission completion) as link to speedrun@mimimi.games. Please note: If the Mimimi Games and THQ Nordic jury sees any evidence of video editing, cheating or disregard of rules, the submitted video and respective player will be disqualified.
