This is our second devlog, and today we’re talking about something no cop can survive without — the tools of the trade.


🏚️ A Precinct Where Hell Is Just Another Morning

In the story, you’re given command of a police department in the toughest part of the city. Budget? Barely exists. Support from above? Forget it. Calling in SWAT? That’s a distant luxury — not a viable option.

Remember — you’re on your own.

But in return, the governor turns a blind eye to… certain methods. Sometimes, the law has to bend — just enough to keep it from breaking.

Your people rely on themselves — and their creativity. Especially when it comes to what they can carry in and out.

Sometimes it’s forged.
Sometimes it’s “found on site.”

Lets you peek under doors or through cracks to see who’s already waiting for you.

Possibly with a shotgun.

A bad cop looks through the keyhole.

A good one turns on the borescope first.


🔧 Halligan tool

Borrowed from the firefighters’ toolkit, this thing tears through window bars and doors with ease.

Loud as an explosion — but perfect for creating entry points.


💻 Hacking PDA

Hook into surveillance cameras to see who’s sitting where.

Disable the alarm to sneak in quietly.

Hack a computer — and decide:

Back in the first game, doors were… let’s say, very principled: either fully open — or not at all.

Now? They’re smarter and more flexible:

  • By default, doors open at wider angles

  • Nearby furniture and objects affect door behavior

  • Barricades, sir. Barricades.

Blam! Blam! - breven

Hi Everyone,

The last couple weeks have been busy. We were finally able to get a complete list of issues that need to be fixed before releasing to demo.

We have 13 open items that we feel need to be fixed before releasing to everyone to enjoy Blam! Blam!

One of the most common things that was brought up while we've been play testing has been "what am I supposed to be doing?"

To address that question we double down on UI while improving playability. We added game mode information into the match for the first few seconds and if for whatever reason someone missed it we added it to the scoreboard as well. We've been keeping a good pace so far going from nearly 2 dozen issues to the 13. Our hopes is to get it out to everyone soon.

Hi everyone,

We're coming back with an update to the demo! We are introducing a few new features and fixing quite a few bugs. Have a read for details!

New features:

  • You can now heal your fingers in the bivouac using climbing tape

  • Your Climbot can now compost trash and items, and produce some very useful chalk!

  • You can now remap the controls to accommodate your play style

  • You can now jump rappel and slide rappel

  • You can now browse all the letters and papers you find in your backpack

Fixes and improvements:

  • Our Climbot friend should find its way even better now

  • Saving: new a load menu and possibility to load save from pause menu

  • Camera: new special camera when entering bivouac

  • Audio: new barks, several audio improvements

  • Tutorials: new tutorial on how to use the light on the staff

  • Settings: new gameplay settings (save reminder, hold feedback..)

  • Dualsense: improvement to haptic / trigger effect / speaker...

  • Fix: No more rope between Aava and Climbot if no piton planted

  • Changes to rope swinging

  • Optimization for performance

  • Multiple bug fixes

On addition to that i created the basics for the crafting system, fixed some underlying problems in some of the base game mechanics and reworked the pathfinding for the npcs and their scheduling system.

WolfQuest: Anniversary Edition - loboLoco

WolfQuest is now out of Early Access!

It's taken us awhile to get here, which raises the question: What does the "Anniversary" in the title refer to?

* It was twenty years ago this summer that we started working on the idea of a wildlife simulation game about wolves.

* It's been ten years since we were finishing up the first revival of the game, WolfQuest 2.7/Classic.

* It was six years ago this week that we released the second revival of the game, the from-the-ground-up-remake, WolfQuest: Anniversary Edition, into Early Access.

The game has grown a lot over these twenty years -- and most of that is over the past six years. The game is much bigger than it was then, so to better reflect the size and scope of the game now, what it offers players, we are RAISING THE PRICE to $30 (US). We think that's a fair price for what you get. But to avoid penalizing anyone who waited until now to buy the game, we are delaying that price increase for two weeks, until August 5th.

To commemorate the game's release, we've released an update today with a couple new things. The biggest one is a set of FIVE NEW COATS! We realized there a paucity of medium-brown coats, so this new set is called Minnesota Browns. Four of these coats are based on Ambassador wolves at the International Wolf Center in Ely, Minnesota, and the fifth coat is based on Y1T, a wolf in Voyageurs National Park who has been captured on trailcams by the Voyageurs Wolf Project.

We are delighted to finally reach this milestone -- and we could not have done it (or come anywhere close) without the enthusiasm, devotion, and patience of our players. Thanks to everyone who has supported the game over all these years! And we're not done yet!

Card Pool System Overhaul

  • The card pool now has a fixed set of cards. Drawing cards no longer reduces the card pool, and selling cards does not add to it. The number of cards in the pool only affects card refresh rates.

  • Duplicate cards will no longer appear when discovering cards.

Support Card System Overhaul
Support cards are now categorized into three types:

  • Normal Support Cards: Removed after use.

  • Persistent Support Cards: Remain permanently after use.

  • Equipment Support Cards: Can be equipped to characters, with a maximum of 3 per character.

  • Added Equipment Card Synthesis function: A synthesis button appears automatically when a player has all required materials for an equipment card.

  • Added Synthesis Table View function: Accessible via a button above the guide on the right side of the battle interface.

New Traits Added

  • Unique: Only one copy of the same character's original skill takes effect among characters with the same name.

    • Applied to: Zhuge Zhan, Sima Yi, Lu Kang, Kaimi Hime, He Lingsi.

  • Illusion: The character is destroyed upon taking any damage (including armor damage).

Card Adjustments

  • Wei Yan: Gains the Double Strike trait.

  • Guan Yu: Skill healing effect removed.

  • Zhuge Zhan: Skill changed to "Friendly characters' Breakthrough skills trigger an additional time."

  • Uesugi Kenshin: Skill boost adjusted to (1/1).

  • Ling Tong: Skill changed to "Before action: Summon 1 \[Hengjiang Archer]. Summon Overflow: Permanently grants +1 Spirit to Hengjiang Archers summoned this game."

  • Ishida Mitsunari: Skill changed to "On death: Summon 1 \[Koga Ninja]. Summon Overflow: Permanently grants +1 Combat Power to Ninjas summoned this game."

  • You can now see competitor products on the market triangle in the design document window and right click to see details
  • Server lists are now sorted by name
  • Clarified how many boxes a courier can transport per month in hiring desciption
