-As a result, the game-camera angle has been altered to be higher up and further away
-For this same reason, the UI was also reconfigured to show vehicle details on the left
-New games start with the shotgun enabled and has more health
-Game defaults to shouldered controls and free-aim
-Car repair in overworked is now incremental and cheaper per use
-Fixed a bunch of bugs: wrong texts displayed n map view, map view drift, character speed in overworked, attempted fix at sunset level crash bug and in-game vehicle info now displays correct weapon names.

Hello everyone!

Its' been a while! Hope you've been feeling great!

As you might know we've been beesy updating our other game, Bounty of One, for it's Daily Deal (it starts today, the 15th, at 7pm CET by the way). Check it out here:

However, that doesn't mean that Hive Blight has been put aside in the meantime! Indeed, we've made a lot of change to this update and we have been hard at work advancing on new mechanics and the 3rd chapter.

First off, what we are adding to the game in this update:
  • Music-wise, we have updated the music for the Boss fight, they should now feel more epic than ever
  • We have added specific sounds to all insects, they will say things in a insectoid language when you draft them or place them on the board. This should give them more personnality and make them more unique.
  • We'have change the fight background for Chapter 2 to be more ominous and make more thematic sens with the 3rd chapter we are working on. It is subtle but quite noticeable in game

  • We've added new enemies that will start appearing at the end of chapter 2. They each come with a specific mechanic and should give you a glimpse at what awaits you in chapter 3.

  • For those who have access to the Closed Beta: We have completely overhauled the poison system. It now deals damage equal to the stack amount of poison and reduce the stack by half every second. Therefore, we've rebalanced every units, items and trinkets linked to poison.

Secondly, what we're working on. At the moment, we are mainly working on two things:
  • The 3rd chapter - we are working on finishing creating the 3rd and final chapter of the game: getting the vibe right, the enemies, the balancing and finally, the final boss. Here is a sneak peak of the 3rd chapter's background:

  • The challenge system - we are working on specific map node where you can fight enemies while taking on an extra difficulty challenge in the hopes of getting something in exchange.

In addition to that, we've made balancing adjustments and quality of life improvement as usual:

    Quality of Life:
  • Changed background battlefield of Chapter 2 to be more Blighted
  • Map improvement, 2 path with the same nodes should happen less often

    Units:

  • New enemies with new mechanics for Chapter 2

    Music and sound:
  • Boss fight now have updated fight music
  • Each insect now has a voice

    Balancing:

  • Hector - base Attack Power buffed (T1: 10 -> 12, T2: 15 -> 18, T3: 20 -> 25)
  • Gustav - evolution rework, it now gives +0.1 Attack Speed with each evolution
  • Mothzart - evolution rework, it now gives +1 Attack Power with each evolution
  • Nikolai - evolution rework, it now gain one more Attack Power when it get heal with each evolution
  • Increased the difficulty of chapter 2
  • Spiky enemies now start with more spikes

We are pleased to announce another comprehensive update for Dustwind Last Resort today. The team has been working hard on the new Dustwind Resistance over the past few weeks, and it has only been a few days since an update was released for the new game.

A few weeks ago, we released a major update for Dustwind Two Friends along with a free DLC. Now, many of the new improvements from Dustwind Resistance have been transferred to the “old” Dustwind. You can find a comprehensive changelog at the end of this post.

The update will be available on Steam later this evening and brings numerous improvements, some from fan and player feedback, some from new developments over the last few weeks and months. The console versions on PlayStation and Xbox will be available on the platforms early next week. We will post information about the exact time of the update on the relevant social media channels.

    Thank you for supporting Astral Party! The preparation work for the Mainland China version is currently in full swing.
    To ensure consistency between the Steam version and the Mainland China version, and to maintain future multi-version parity, we will make adjustments to recharge rewards and certain direct-purchase items in the Steam version after the September 5th update:

    • Recharge Adjustment:

      • Recharges will now grant Golden Star Discs, with first-time recharges giving additional Star Discs.

    • Golden Star Discs can be exchanged 1:1 for Star Discs.

    • Optimized camera movement during matches.

    • Fixed an issue where tile information would not display during matches. Hovering the mouse over a tile will now display its information.

    • Fixed English description errors in some skin stories.

    • Fixed an error that occurred when selecting chips after reaching the maximum chip limit.

    • Fixed an exploit that allowed a cheating player to view other players’ hands during matches.

    • Fixed an issue where liking too quickly on the results screen could prevent likes from being registered.

A tiny change with a big impact: No more missplacements!

We´ve introduces a temporary placement lock for new spaceships on the battlefield whil it´s moving. This way you won´t missplace a spaceship anymore!

- 极意剑宗改为通用功法在商店售卖,降低前期难度

- 打坐状态下被攻击自动退出修炼状态

- 追魂咒基础伤害与蓄力每次叠加伤害提升,每次叠加蓝耗略微下降

- 草字剑诀整体伤害略微提升

- 优化装备系统:不同部位的装备可以有特殊的功能、特效表现、可成长等特性。特殊武器切换有不同的特殊的攻击,系统框架修改后的新增内容将在后续版本体现

- 删除登仙城前期的送信跟送货任务,新档将不会再接到对应任务

Greetings fellow dwarves,

We have a small hotfixes and visual improvements update following the big changes we made during our Outpost Update:

  • Take all key prompt in looting UI now updates when key is changed

  • Belt connecters no longer block interacting with building

  • Coin storage no longer plays bank voice lines

  • Eyedropping buildings now properly changes hammer mode in done in destroy or repair

  • Stairs now appear on Dwarf outpost when placing

  • Selecting the same recipe in the smelter, blacksmith, cooking station or brewing station no longer sends items back into player inventory

  • More events have been added to playfab for us to get better data 

  • Fix for Connectors blocking interaction

  • Fixed the navigator having a massive ore on top with physics

  • Fixed mini turret not displaying it's turret

  • Fixed hammer mode switch breaking for clients when eyedropping while in repair or destroy mode

  • Going to eyedrop mode when in repair or destroy will properly close the building instructions menu

  • Connectors don't appear for clients when host is placing a building

One change that you will notice in the game are the visuals - we have enabled shadows and some ambient occupation, which will help the beautiful, vibrant colours of Orebound shine even more.
