A few months ago, we introduced the Loadout System as a new layer of strategy and customization. While the core idea was received with excitement, we also heard your concerns and suggestions loud and clear. Over the past months, we’ve had one-on-one discussions with many of you, collaborated closely with veteran players, and worked hand-in-hand with our dev team to refine the system.

Thanks to your valuable insights, we’ve made several meaningful changes that bring the feature more in line with how you want to play. Here’s what’s new:

Key Changes and Improvements:

  • Pharmaceuticals are no longer used to provide attack boosts.

  • Pharmaceuticals are now focused on healing and defense boosts, better supporting unit sustainability.

  • A Hospital is now needed to produce pharmaceuticals, replacing the Secret Lab.

  • Healing remains time-based.
Attack and defense boosts are now combat round-based, they activate only during actual engagements and do not expire over time. This change was made to address feedback about hesitance to use time-limited boosts.

Expanded Munitions System:
We added Ground, Sea, and Air Munitions with tailored enhancements for each. This highly requested feature gives you a powerful attack boost.

This is just the next step, not the final one. We are cautiously expanding and refining this system, and your feedback has been instrumental in shaping its direction. Please keep sharing your ideas and experiences as they matter a lot to us!

This updated system is now available on all platforms.

Attention Commanders!
This update delivers a range of enhancements focused on the overall user experience, with improvements to animation fluidity, audio quality, and interface consistency. We've fine tuned general animations for smoother transitions, optimized sound effects for better immersion, and adjusted pop up sizes and alignments to ensure cleaner, more intuitive interactions throughout the game.


Changes

  • AI now sends peace offers instead of setting one sided peace, the treaty begins only if player accepts.

  • The Elite challenges will be exclusive to Security council owners as of June 2025
Fixes

  • Fixed issue with players joining the wrong game when using “Quick Join” tab

  • Fixed issue with receiving an error message when pressing on the Leave Alliance button.

  • Fixed issue with some players receiving an error message when clicking on Construction on desktop

  • Fixed issue with the war declaration popup displaying more than 1 name when attacking a country

  • Fixed issue with population tooltip not displaying correctly on mobile

With our studios coming together, we are also aligning our games under one unified Supremacy franchise. Supremacy 1914, Call of War, and Conflict of Nations will now carry the Supremacy name—creating a recognizable brand that strengthens all of our strategy games while keeping each title’s unique identity intact.

Here’s what this means for you:

Same core gameplay & mechanics – No fundamental changes to how your favorite games play.
No progress loss – Everything you’ve earned stays with you.
More content & improvements – A stronger foundation for future updates and community support.

Rebranding: A New Look, Same Great Games

As part of this evolution, the games will receive a branding update:
  • Supremacy 1914 – Stays the same!
  • Call of War – Will transition to Supremacy: Call of War 1942.
  • Conflict of Nations – Will become Supremacy: World War 3.
This helps players instantly recognize the connections between our games while preserving their distinct gameplay and settings. Think of it like other popular game franchises—different titles, but all part of the same legendary franchise.

A Dying World is upon us!
Running from April 23rd to August 18th


As the climate crisis escalates, the world is on the brink of collapse. Resources have dwindled, nations have fractured or formed uneasy alliances, and mass migration towards domed cities has left once thriving metropolises abandoned. But even in the face of environmental catastrophe, one thing remains constant …..war.

Elite Armored Fighting Vehicle (Elite AFV)
An advanced version of the traditional Armored Fighting Vehicle, the Elite AFV enhances naval combat with its unique abilities:

Transforms into an Amphibious Assault Ship when navigating water. The Elite AFV is a formidable unit designed for storming cities with amphibious precision. Carried in its own Heavy Transport Ship, it boasts minor combat capabilities at sea, ensuring it remains a self-sustaining force in coastal operations.

Sea Mines
Sea Mines are a new defensive tool designed to disrupt enemy naval movements and fortify your maritime borders.

  • Stealthy & Single-Use: Sea Mines remain hidden until triggered.
  • Heavy Damage: Once detonated, they deal devastating damage to enemy ships.
  • Limited Lifespan: They exist for a set duration before deactivating.
  • Deployable by Select Units: Mines can be placed strategically in shallow waters.

Flagship Scenario: The Aftermath of Rising Tides
A sequel to Rising Tides, this new scenario introduces river terrain, significantly altering the strategic landscape:

  • Rivers Split Nations: Some countries will now be separated by rivers, creating new tactical challenges.
  • Flooded Lowlands: Parts of the world are now submerged, emphasizing naval and amphibious warfare.
  • Resource Scarcity: No additional resource production from provinces, annexing cities is now crucial.
  • Damaged Domed Cities: Cities start with damaged infrastructure, reflecting the recent chaos.
Rivers and Their Effects:
  • Impassable for: Destroyers, Cruisers, Aircraft Carriers, Submarines, and Helicarriers.

Season Missions
A total of 6 missions, each containing 4-6 steps, will guide you through the mechanics of the season:

  1. Introduction to the New Scenario: Learn how to navigate the new war-torn world.
  2. Master the Elite AFV: Utilize this powerful amphibious unit to its full potential.
  3. Counter the Elite AFV: Develop strategies to neutralize this formidable threat.
  4. Build Your Naval Fleet: Strengthen your forces for upcoming sea battles.
  5. Naval Warfare Tactics: Destroy enemy fleets while preserving your own.
  6. Submarine Warfare: Deploy your Submarine Officer to hunt and eliminate enemy officers.

Upcoming Infrastructure Upgrade - Improving Stability & Creative Freedom
Over the next few months, we are making major improvements to our infrastructure. Currently, our Call of War 1942, Conflict of Nations, Iron Order 1919, and Supremacy 1914 share a common infrastructure, meaning updates or issues in one title can impact others. To ensure stronger uptime, greater stability, and more creative flexibility for each game’s development, we are moving each game to its own dedicated infrastructure.

Why This Matters
Dorado and Bytro are committed to continuously improving our technology to provide a smooth and reliable experience. This separation will not only reduce cross-game disruptions but also allow our teams to push the boundaries of innovation without compromising performance.

What to Expect

Planned Downtime - Each game will experience a temporary downtime during its transition.
We estimate 1-2 hours for the game that is split from the shared infrastructure, with matchmaking and game rounds briefly unavailable.

Attention CommandersThis update brings a variety of improvements to both the general menu and in-game visuals, ensuring better alignment and readability across the board. We've refined score displays, enhanced button and pop-up interactions, and introduced new quality-of-life features to improve gameplay navigation. Key changes include updates to coalition and game entry notifications, a streamlined army selection system, and a reclassification of Medium Air Range units. Additionally, we've addressed multiple issues affecting game search, diplomacy, province interactions, and various UI elements to provide a smoother and more polished experience.

Changes

  • A pop-up notification now appears when you cannot join a coalition due to being at war with a nation within it.

  • Players can now also choose their nation in the selection screen by clicking on their preferred location on the map.

  • A new pop-up notification has been added to inform you when you cannot join a game due to not meeting the required rank.

  • In the army bar, clicking on the arrow keys will direct you to the next army

  • “Medium Air Range Support” has now been changed to “Medium Air Range Specialists”
Fixes

  • Fixed issue with games not appearing in the search menu

  • Fixed issue with diplomacy tab errors

  • Fixed issue with VP amount not updating properly in the newspaper at end of game

  • Fixed issue when trying to construct a building through the army info tab on mobile

  • Fixed issue with mute button updating on direct messages on mobile

  • Fixed issue with tooltips not working correctly on the Province bar

  • Fixed issue with the attack command getting triggered when clicking on any province

  • Fixed issue with back button not returning to game from main menu

  • Fixed issue with ‘Declare war’ and ‘Peace period’ not being displayed correctly when joining a new game

Attention Commanders!

 

This update introduces key changes to missile balancing, with specific adjustments to overkill mechanics and counter-missile units. Alongside these adjustments, we've implemented several visual improvements, performance optimizations, and quality-of-life fixes aimed at refining the overall gameplay experience. These updates focus on enhancing the counterplay, aligning combat results more closely with combat ratings, and ensuring better balance for high-skill play. Additionally, we've made several UI updates, including improved hover effects for armies and progress bar enhancements to streamline the user experience across all platforms.

 

Changes:

 
  • Overkill System Balancing: 
 
  • Overkill settings have been reduced by roughly 25%. This feature, originally introduced to help beginners and smaller stacks by capping damage, has now been adjusted to improve high-skill play and better align combat outcomes with combat ratings. 
  • We’re gradually reducing its effect to align combat results more closely with combat ratings and improve the overall combat experience. These adjustments are part of a broader effort to phase out overkill and better balance the game. We'll continue monitoring and rebalancing as needed, as some units may become significantly stronger as a result.
 
  • Missile attack damage vs Ships adjusted as follows:
 
  • ICBM damage from: 400/425/450/475 to 175/200/225/300.
  • Ballistic Nuclear missile damage from: 250/260/275/315/325/375 to 70/90/100/120/130/140.
  • Ballistic Chemical missile damage from: 20/20/20/30/30/40 to 5/5/5/10/10/20.
  • Ballistic Conventional missile damage from: 80/90/100/120/130/150 to 35/40/45/60/65/80.
  • Cruise Missile Chemical missile damage from: 15/15/15/20/20/25 to 5/5/5/10/10/20.
 
  • The following units have been balanced to counter missiles (cruise missiles - CM, Ballistic Missiles - BM and Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles - ICBM):
 
  • Cruiser damage vs Missiles from: 1/1/1/1/1 to 1/1/1/2/2.5.
  • Aircraft Carrier damage vs Missiles from: 2/2/3/4/4/5 to 3/4/4.5/5/5/7.

  • All units of the armoured branch now cost components instead of supplies to research. This has been done to give a diversification option to players over-investing in supplies.
  • Speed in foreign territory has been buffed back to 66% from 50%, except for the National guard that stays at 25%.
  • Production of cash/manpower in conquered provinces has been buffed back to 33% from 25%.

  • Fixed errors when using “back” command on browsers.
  • Fixed issues with aircraft animations.
  • Fixed issue with rush function not working properly on WW3 4x Scenarios.
  • Fixed issue with ASF attacking the drone operator after the Sabotage drone is eliminated.
  • Fixed issue with error popup when confirming construction cancellation.
  • Fixed issue with war declaration pop-up not showing when attacking a province with a warship.
  • Fixed issue with end game popup not being displayed on Nuclear Winter domination.
  • Fixed issue where Cruise Missiles could target Aircraft Radar Contacts.
  • Fixed issue with season leaderboard ranking not updating after changing seasons and causing an error popup.
