Fixed a bug in which ground effects continue in the following stages when you get back to regular ground.
  • Flame ground with damage at “City of Falling Flame”
  • Sand ground with slowness and leak at “Crown of Sand”

The following update has been released for CODE VEIN:

An issue has been fixed so that the “Radiant Barrel” Gift included in the Lord of Thunder DLC refers to the bayonet’s weapon performance to calculate the damage. (Same specification as the ”Fusillade Rondo” Gift)

Patch Ver.1.51 was released to fix the following bug in CODE VEIN's Lord of Thunder DLC:

  • Players who got “Asclepius's Vestige I” on Patch Ver.1.30, Ver.1.31 or Ver.1.40 are not able to get “Asclepius Vestige Part F” when defeating the Queen's Vanguard Puppet in Depths: Eternal Abyss, which causes the boss area to be unavailable.

    “Asclepius Vestige Part F” is now available to defeat the Queen's Vanguard Puppet again once Patch Ver.1.51 is installed.

  • Fixed a bug in which specific effects of Boss: Lord of Thunder in Depths: Eternal Abyss are not displayed correctly to the guest player in multiplayer mode.

The following issue has been solved for the improvement of CODE VEIN:

After clearing the story and getting all “Maps of the Depths”, choosing “Play the Story Again” will lock again the teleport function, causing players to be unable to teleport when accessing the Mistle after moving to the depths from the NPC Davis.
To deal with this issue, moving to the depths from Davis before unlocking the teleport function has been disabled.

If players are already experiencing this issue, they will be able to teleport to the base from the Mistle in the depths after updating the game.

System changes

The following points are changed for the improvement of CODE VEIN.

  • It is possible to move to the mistles in the depths field with “Teleport” in the mistle menu.

  • The reviving rule of the boss enemy in the depths field is changed.

  • “Rest at Mistle”, “Using an item to return to Mistle or Gift” can revive the boss enemy.

  • In multiplayer mode, the time until multiplayer finishes immediately after defeating a boss is extended against some bosses in the normal fields and the boss in the depths field.
CODE VEIN - [BNE] Ryuu
A new update has been released for Code Vein. Update patch Ver. 1.20 implements the following:

New function
- Additional body parameters for character creation mode
- Additional body parameters (height, body type, body balance, face size) are available.



Tower of Trials
In the Tower of Trials, player have a chance to challenge various demons and bosses they have previously encountered. This is a special Depths location where challenger must survive until they reach the Mistle at the very end.

How to reach the Tower of Trials in the Depths
1- After defeating the boss at the Gaol of the Stagnant Blood, pick up the items “Depths “Tower of Trials” on Louis’s desk in the base.


2- Talk to Davis to access the Depths selection menu.



In the Tower of Trials, powerful enemies await you at each level. Defeat them all to advance to the next level. Enemies that appear are different in each Tower and are much stronger than when first encountered in the main story. Additionally, there are no Mistle available throughout the challenge, so make sure you prepare yourself in advance for this survival challenge.

When defeating all the enemies on each level, you may occasionally receive a “Mark of Respect”. This can also be received when playing multiplayer so please be sure to fight together with other Revenants as well. When attempting to match with other Revenants online, be sure to descend to the Depths location prior to sending or receiving a rescue signal.

Patch 1.11 is coming today for CODE VEIN! The update implements the following:

MODIFICATIONS
  • Fixing a bug of which the guest gets an application error when the host changes partners at Mistle during multiplayer mode.
  • Fixing a bug of which certain entrances cannot be entered while activating “Gift “Final Journey”.
  • Fixing a bug of which the screen is to stay blacked out after the following scenes.
    1. Black out scene in memory echo “Louis’ memory”.
    2. Black out scene in memory echo “Miguel's memory”.
  • Minor bug fixes.
