Following Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All! and the XXL trilogy, our famous Gauls are back for a brand-new adventure!



This Fall, Asterix and Obelix will take you on a journey through Hibernia for a series of memorable brawls where no dirty tricks will be barred… including smashing your enemies with a barrel! For the very first time, the game will be playable solo and co-op with up to 4 players! Even the most courageous Romans should hold on to their helmet!



The year is 50 BC. Gaul is entirely occupied by the Romans. Well, not entirely! One small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders… Meanwhile, in Hibernia (today known as Ireland) Keratine, chief Whiskitonix’s daughter, is calling Asterix and Obelix to the rescue as they need help to overcome the Roman invasion and bring back her father’s beloved golden ram. For this mission, you’ll control your favorite heroes and use your fists and any surrounding objects to make your way while throwing Romans in the air! Our two Gauls will also be able to count on their trusty druid Getafix, who’s been working on a new magic potion recipe for extra power!

Microids is proud to announce the next game in the Asterix franchise! Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All! This 2D beat’em up, in the universe created by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, is unveiled today in an action packed video teaser. Get ready to slap left and right before the sky falls on your head!



Be prepared to prove your bravery! Asterix and Obelix: Slap them All! Is set in 50 B.C. Gaul is entirely occupied by the Romans and only one small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders. Play as Asterix & Obelix and set sail to the most iconic places in the comic book series while battling Roman legionaries, pirates, brigands and even the dreaded Normans.

Mr Nutz Studio is in charge of developing Asterix and Obelix: Slap them All! and making this adventure as respectful to the original material as possible. The developers chose to go with an artistic direction very close to the comic book where the characters, the scenery and also the animations are hand drawn. A real tribute to the 2D animated classics and a style that will surely appeal to fans and retro gamers alike.

Our Indomitable Gauls are back in a whole new adventure!

This brand-new story, featuring Gaul’s most famous duo, starts in a small village, in Armorica. Everybody is enjoying the quiet life, until the druid Getafix receives a strange letter which will lead Asterix and Obelix on a unique treasure hunt they aren’t ready to forget (and the Romans camps either!). They’ll travel with the mysterious crystal menhir to distant lands, filled with new and unparalleled dangers.

Asterix & Obelix XXL3: The Crystal Menhir offers comprehensive content which will delight fans of all ages. Battle, Exploration, Puzzle and Collection: the game has plenty of options for action! Complete multiple side quests and demonstrate your curiosity as you collect hidden objects to become a true Gaul.
And for the very first time in the Asterix & Obelix XXL saga, a cooperative mode will be available! Play with family or friends on the same screen: Asterix and Obelix’s actions will be complementary and the two heroes will play together as they make their way through the game, for always more fun!
