SITUATION
As our brief Christmas break draws near, we're now firstly evaluating the state of last week's Arma 3 Tac-Ops Mission Pack and Update 1.78 release. As part of that, we're likely going to deploy a small hotfix to address some of the reported issues this or next week. Once that's done, we'll start cleaning up our internal systems, lifting data locks, going through the usual 'end of the year' organizational processes, while making sure Arma 3 rolls steady into the holiday season.

We’ve just released the brand new Arma 3 Tac-Ops DLC Mission Pack!. Delivering a true boots on the ground experience on a large-scale battlefield, you’ll be taking part in three distinct singleplayer military operations, spread across seven missions. The DLC’s launch trailer presents a sneak peek at some of the combat situations in Arma 3 Tac-Ops.

In Arma 3 Tac-Ops Mission Pack, you’re tasked to lead an infantry, mechanized infantry, and/or special forces unit across an unrestricted war zone. Here, you will be assigned multiple objectives to accomplish. Your keys to success are thoughtful mission preparation, careful movement and positioning, skillful shooting, and patience.

Arma 3 Tac-Ops Mission Pack features three military operations spread across seven missions. Additionally, you can replay selected missions from the perspective of another unit. This, in turn, rewards you with a greater understanding of the operation as a whole. Furthermore, you can watch special After Action Report (AAR) videos, which are presented by one of Bohemia Interactive’s military consultants, and offer mission-specific insights on military tactics and combat.
