In order to download the FLAC OST, you need to make sure the “Download high quality music” setting is enabled in Steam’s Music settings.

Months ago, Valve removed Postal III due to issues with DRM. Despite being a dark chapter in the series, people should still be able to check the game out if they want. We did what we could to make it happen.
