Greetings, Operators!

Time passes and new games dedicated to police, firefighters, and emergency services appear on Steam. We are pleased to announce that one of these games is currently entering the Closed Beta stage! Our friends at Beta 2 Games are working hard on Riot Operator and we hope that you will enjoy this game!

Riot Operator - Closed Beta

The sign-ups for Riot Operator's Closed Beta have just started. If you are interested in playing through this Beta Test and providing the developers with feedback, this is your best chance to do so! Fill out the registration Survey HERE and expect the Closed Beta invitation in the upcoming days.

Who is the Developer?

It is very important for us to make one thing clear. Riot Operator is not developed by the Jutsu Games team. Even though the name of the game is quite similar to our 911 Operator and 112 Operator games (and both games have the same Publisher - Games Operators), Riot Operator is developed by a completely different team. Jutsu Games is currently working on Infection Free Zone, and Riot Operator is developed by the Beta 2 Games team.

So while we fully encourage you to play through the Closed Beta and give it a try, just remember, that it's made by a different, smaller Indie team, which is working on this game as their debut title on Steam. We keep our fingers crossed!

Those of you who are interested in the lore of our game know that "The Last Duty" DLC for 112 Operator presented an alternative timeline that showed the beginning of the apocalypse of a deadly virus that turned people into aggressive Infected. This story was to be continued in the Infection Free Zone.

We are super happy to announce that Infection Free Zone is now out in Early Access!

Launch Discount

What's more, all the 112 Operator fans have two discounts that they can take advantage of! The Infection Free Zone has a 10% Launch Discount for the next 2 weeks and is available in a Bundle with 112 Operator and The Last Duty DLC which provides another 10% discount. Greetings, Operators!

As many of you know, in Games Operators we specialize in games played on real-world maps. A lot of players are currently waiting for Infection Free Zone, which is being developed by our internal studio Jutsu Games, but what about players who are craving for more classic gameplay akin to 112 Operator?

Delivery INC

The good news is - Delivery INC is very similar at its core to our Operator games. It's being made by the awesome folks from the DIGIFOX studio, who have previously created Transport INC. The developers are working in close cooperation with our Jutsu Games team, using our existing know-how to deliver the best possible gameplay.

In short, Delivery INC is a fast-paced time management game, where you take over a delivery company, transporting people, packages, and food in the real-world city of your choice.

Key Similarities and Differences

Key Similarities:
  • The map data is taken from OpenStreetMap, which means that you can play on any city in the world.
  • Instead of calls, the game features SMS incidents. Your employees will contact you from time to time, asking for assistance with their current problems. Sometimes scary and urgent, and sometimes funny.
  • The game offers a similar level of micromanagement and hectic gameplay as 112 Operator, keeping the players invested in the gameplay.
Key Differences:
  • Instead of dealing with different types of incidents, the player has to manage different types of orders - food, cargo, and passengers.
  • The game introduces a rating system, where every order is rated by the customer. Have you managed to get the customer in time and your car was super comfortable? Sounds like a five-star review. Have you delivered melted ice cream? A one-star review and a refund are very likely. The number of orders and the popularity of your company will differ, depending on your average rating.
  • Managing your vehicle fleet is crucial. Buying used cars, repairing defects, upgrading vehicles, and adding new interiors - all of it will have an impact on your efficiency and the customers.
  • You're in charge of hiring the drivers on your own. Different drivers will have different traits and salary expectations. Some of them will be extremely talkative and help you with obtaining a better rating, while others might be on a mission to ruin your business. Be careful!
Wishlist on Steam!

Are you interested in Delivery INC? We cannot recommend this game and its development team enough. We strongly believe that if you like 112 Operator, Delivery INC will also provide you with tons of fun. Wishlist and follow the game on Steam to be among the first, who will learn about the launch date!

Greetings, Operators!

911 Operator, without a doubt, was a great success for us. We have a lot of great memories working on that game and it allowed us to follow up with 112 Operator. It's basically where it all started for Jutsu Games. So now it's time for a proper tribute!

911 Operator: Board Game

If you have ever wondered when are we going to add the multiplayer mode - this is as close as you can get to playing a 911 Operator/112 Operator game with your friends! 911 Operator: Board Game is a project that we have had in mind for a long time, and which is coming to fruition out of sheer passion.

While working together with the board game design company, our aim was clear - let's make this game as similar to the PC version as possible! Other than that we have set those specific goals to achieve:
  • An intuitive game, which can be played regardless of prior knowledge about 911 Operator/112 Operator,
  • Short, fun, and dynamic gameplay that won't require the players to set everything up for a few hours,
  • A game for up to 4 players.

Kickstarter Campaign

Are you interested in giving it a go? The pre-registration for the Kickstarter campaign starts today: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gameops/emergency-operator-board-game

Click on the "Notify me on launch" button if you don't want to miss that exciting first day! We hope that you can have as much fun with our board game, as you did when playing the 911 Operator/112 Operator on Steam for the very first time. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Greetings, Operators!

112 Operator is now 2 years old! The game was released on 23 Apr, 2020 and we have made several adjustments to the game since then, not to mention all 4 DLCs that were released afterward. We are very proud of this game and truly appreciate the dedicated community that has supported us since launch.

This new major update comes from our desire to make the 112 Operator game more accessible. So we are following the previous updates and keep on changing the mid and late-game difficulty, improving the units' response to nearby events, and making all the vehicles come back to their original locations after solved incidents. This should not only help with keeping our units organized throughout harder duties but also further promote players who are taking their time to set everything up properly in the management phase.

Changelog:

FEATURES
  • Added new functionality, which makes all the units go back to their original location after solving the incident.
  • Added patrol checkbox option for medic and firefighting units. By default, these checkboxes are turned off.
  • Improved the auto "go to incident" area radius for the vehicle units. All units should auto-detect and go to nearby incidents more effectively now.
  • Improved the city search engine to locate cities more effectively.
  • Improved the way scenario medals are being saved in the Steam Cloud.
  • Improved the translation in the Polish language.
  • Improved the efficiency of the dog units during the "search & rescue" incidents.
  • Rebalanced the number of water units acquired by the player.
  • Rebalanced the timeout of the water incidents.
  • Rebalanced the quarantine chance and quarantine duration in the Pandemic Outbreak DLC.
  • Reduced the number of pandemic incidents in the Pandemic Outbreak DLC.
  • Rebalanced mid-game - lower number of incidents.
  • Rebalanced late-game - lower team members' upkeep cost, higher income.
  • Reduced the cost of the helicopters.
  • Minor changes to some events (daughter, mail about the VIP).
BUG FIXES
[expand type=details]
  • Fixed an issue that prevented water units from auto-detecting nearby incidents.
  • Fixed an issue with the localization icon not moving to the incident location during the call.
  • Fixed an issue that caused team members to display in wrong categories under specific conditions.
  • Fixed an issue with units not being correctly displayed as unavailable due to weather under specific conditions.
  • Fixed the tutorial and some parts of it not displaying correctly.
  • Fixed an issue with loading screen videos displaying incorrectly on Steam Deck devices.
  • Several minor bugs have been fixed.
  • Several minor UI adjustments have been implemented.
[/expand]
More to come!
Hopefully, you will find all those changes to your liking. We are aware that some of those new mechanics might require getting used to, but in the end, they should make the whole experience a bit more balanced, smooth, and not as overwhelming as it could have been in the past. Let us know what you think about this update!

And on a side note - expect another great news coming your way next week!

Best regards,
Jutsu Games Team

Greetings, Operators!

We are sharing this update with you to proudly announce that 112 Operator is now having a Playable status on Steam Deck! We have passed the compatibility review done by Steam and now are extremely interested in your feedback! So if you're a fan of mobile gaming and you're one of those lucky players who have a Steam Deck of their own, please let us know what you think about your experience with 112 Operator on this new console device!

Update is coming!
Other than that, we are happy to reveal a little secret to you. A new update is coming for 112 Operator! We don't want to spoil the fun yet but expect another batch of re-balance improvements that should make your 112 Operator experience even more fun and intuitive!

Dear players,

We do have an emergency. There is a huge, all-out war in Ukraine at the moment with hundreds of victims, tens of thousands of refugees, fires, and destruction. This is something we cannot be indifferent about.

We urge you to help the victims directly, any way possible. We do not ask to buy any games, but rather to avoid VAT taxes and Steam revenue share, it would be best if you make a transfer directly to humanitarian organizations like Ukrainian Red Cross

From our end, all the profits from the Charity Masks DLC will be delivered to such organizations for ongoing months.

Stay safe,

Jutsu Games Team
