Varför Early Access?

“Due to being a solo developer working in spare time it can be hard to get enough testing and feedback without a platform to give players up to date versions of the game to try out. With early access players can begin to help test the games balance, how well AI reacts to the player and if the game has anything making it difficult to progress or enjoy.

From this feedback the game can be adjusted and updated to ensure the progression and long term playability and replayability of the game is enjoyable.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“The game has been in development for 4 years and the plan is to go through another year of development and testing in order to stabilize and fully flesh out the existing features.

If the game is stable and works well before this time the game could be released earlier. Equally contrary to this, if the game is not ready and still needs work, it will continue to receive development in early access before release.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“We will continue to plan and develop new features for the game, and stabilize existing features.

As we continue to develop the game, we also plan to continue to add new graphics and additional events into the game.

Our plan during development is:

1. Add additional missions
2. Get the Game in a stable position
3. Implement more creatures
4. Implement a changing economy
5. Implement faction balancing and wars
6. Factions town ownership changes as game world changes
7. Fully automated player cloning

These features can be challenging and have different obstacles for us to overcome, will we use player feedback to help us adjust these features or potentially cut back on when a feature isn't providing value to the player experience. This means that features could change and appear different in the final product.

One feature that is quite large and difficult to implement is a fully automated player cloning factory, which we plan to work towards during development.”

“The game plays well but has a few issues to resolve and may need some balancing.

Current features:

1. Build your bases
2. Craft items
3. Research items and blueprints
4. Complete bounties for cash
5. Tame creatures and animals
6. Grow your squad
7. Game world battles between factions”

“We plan to gradually raise the price as new content and features are added to the game.”

1. What isn't working
2. What is fun and enjoyable
3. What isn't fun or enjoyable
4. Where the map may need improvement
