Why Early Access?

“Celebrity Hunter is an adult indie game in development since 2018 and has received over 82 updates in the original version. With 3 million downloads in Brazil, we feel ready to captivate the world with our game. The task of localizing nearly 4 million characters of dialogue into English and other languages will be challenging, and we'll rely on the community to ensure the best quality.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“With Celebrity Hunter already boasting 82 updates in Brazil and ongoing development, and with planned bi-monthly updates, we estimate it will take approximately 4 years to complete, localize, and optimize the game for all planned languages and devices.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Our plan is to update the early access version on the 1st and 15th day of each month with a new full Date. When the game is finished, we expect CH to have between 70 and 90 hours of gameplay, approximately 4,000 renders, dozens of animations, over 4 million characters of dialogue, and about 2,500 choices. Keep in mind that 85% of the content is already finalized in the original version and we are working to localize and enhance everything for the Steam version.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Celebrity Hunter is already 85% completed in the original version. And our plan to the global early access version here on Steam is to update the game twice a month (on the 1st and 15th) until it reaches the original version. By purchasing CH, you will be part of this process of localizing the game and adapting it for the global audience and you will have access to the full game at a much lower price than its launch price.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, our plan is to increase the price of the game as it receives updates, potentially doubling or even tripling in price in its final version, as our estimate is that it will have content equivalent to an AAA game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community will actively participate in the project. We will need your feedback on the text, on how to improve the scenes, dialogue, jokes, on where we should create animations to enhance immersion. We are going to have one official thread on Steam forums for each update, so you can give us your honest opinion and feedback. We are going to take your messages into account to guide our work on the next updates. Our goal is to make CH, already a success in Brazil, an even bigger hit for the global audience.”

Truly Impactful Choices


Choices in CH really make a difference. It's like an "open world" of decisions. You'll notice that each encounter can end in one, two, or even three different ways (plus smaller variations), and all of these variations are considered in the rest of the story. Each main character will have at least three endings, and your choices hold the key to each one! It's practically impossible to have two identical games in Celebrity Hunter given the number of choices you'll have to make.
