The game contains nudity and sexual content in a mild way. Contrary to what the name of the game might imply, it does not paint any transgender theme other than possibly imaginary. The gender does really just refer to language genders. Nudity is displayed in a slightly erotic fashion, such as breasts, but when exaggerated, it is displayed more in sense of humor rather than Eroticism.

Alcohol usage is tied to a single character, and the usage is more ridiculed than embraced. Empty bottles are used to return for money. Gambling slot machines are present in some environments. Both cases aim to paint the negative aspects of retirement and old age, in a humorous way, rather than celebrate it.
