為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Currently the game is still in development and there are still many things that we want to add. Despite this, you, as the player, can see and feel what the game would be like on its final release from its current state and your feedback will helps us to improve the game.」

「Around 1 year or less. During this time frame, we would like to complete all the assets and features needed for the game, as well as include any changes that will be made.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「In its final version, the game will have more stages/levels, bosses and enemies, each with different varieties in each stage. There will also be more items that can be found in each different stage」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Currently, in this version the player can only play the whole 1st stage/level of the game and experience its combat system.

In a more detailed explanation, the game currently has the following features:
  • Combat System (health, energy, roll, shield, slow-mo attacks)
  • First world (a world with an ice theme)
  • Inventory System (weapons, potions, shields, etc.)
  • First boss and enemies

「We intend to gradually increase the game’s price during the Early Access phase, as well as after its release. The price increase will be based on the game’s development.」

「We will listen to your feedback and get the best idea to improve the game as much as we can! We will also be giving updates of the current state of the game via the Steam News.

The Journey to Valhalla team also likes to post some dev-logs every week or so, on Vimeo and/or Twitter, so make sure you catch them there too!

Finally, the best way to communicate with us is using the Steam Discussions forums, as we’ll be actively interacting with the community during the week through the discussions forums!」

Journey to Valhalla is a Hack and Slash adventure game.

The game focuses on hardcore melee combat. The player must make their way to a place called Valhalla and face challenges along their path. Set in an environment designed with a beautiful low poly art style, the game will give the player a challenging combat experience. The world will be filled by traps and monsters that place perfectly, so expect death – as it is inevitable!

Journey to Valhalla was inspired by Dark Souls and Necropolis.
