„As an indie game development team with only several members and no commercial funding, we have to find our ways to keep the team going, especially when we have worked on *The Scroll of Taiwu* for three years already. Since we designed *The Scroll of Taiwu* as a "sandbox" game that can be easily expanded and enriched, comparing to the Early Access, we wish our players will have a much more complete and wonderful experience in this "huge world" of Wuxia, Chinese mythology, and gaming in the final version.

In addition, we have a lot of plans and ideas for the future development. For example, we want to add in a multiplayer version so players from all over the world can interact in this virtual universe; we might also design more game modes to fully show the beauty of Chinese culture.”

„We have already spent three years on development and invited some friends to try our game before releasing the Early Access version. It has been such a relief for us that most of them spent more than 40 hours playing it.

Although this is definitely not enough in our perspective, we think the current version will be able to show the "hardcore gamers" the style, genre, mechanics, and content of the game, we also believe that it will be recognized and supported by the players. Perhaps this is what really matters.

Therefore, even though the Early Access is not complete or perfect by any means, we are convinced that it is certainly playable and enjoyable.”
