「We are a small indie studio of two working on the game and up to this point, we have not received much feedback or testing outside of our little development bubble. Early Access gives us a fantastic opportunity to get the game into the hands of the community at this early stage of development - allowing us to gather valuable feedback on the current state of the game in order to refine and enhance the overall design and gameplay feel of Pizza Delivery 3000.」

We released a major update in October 2022, but the game still needs addition work and polish. Our current timeline is that the game will remain in Early Access until sometime in 2023.」

「The Early Access build of the game will showcase most of the major game features and functionality - giving players a strong vision for what the final gameplay will look like. However, there is still a lot of work and polish to do - and our ultimate vision for the game is much grander than what is found on the Early Access version.

The full release version of the game will take our core Early Access foundation, and greatly expand upon it. Our goal is to vastly increase the size of the game world while adding more detail and implementing some extra gameplay systems to help take a currently static world and make it much more dynamic and intriguing for the player.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「The game launched on Early Access in March 2022 with the ability to play a single delivery shift before the game ended. We just released patch 1.1.3 (October 2022) that brings the game into a much more completed state. You can now save/resume your current career, and shift progression works allowing you to not only make deliveries over multiple days but you can now spend all your hard earned tip money to purchase sweet upgrades for your DeliveryCraft.

The next step for the full game is to implement a high score system to track the all time great pizza delivery drivers... and provide incentive for those who don't currently have the delivery skills to top the charts. We want to continue dialing in the gameplay in the early part of the game - and the feedback from Early Access allows us to continue doing just that.」

「As a small indie studio, part of our goal with Early Access is to gather feedback and start crafting a community for the game early on in development. We would like to get involved with the players - listening to their ideas, and having an audience to showcase our new features or significant development progress on a week to week basis. It is our belief that we have an idea with limitless potential that could grow from a small single player arcade game to a much larger scale multiplayer experience. The gaming community is full of brilliance, support, and surprises - and we want to embrace that culture and utilize it to help refine and improve upon our gameplay ideas.」
