為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「I believe early access to be an invaluable method of getting the community's input during the development process. What better way to give customers what they want than to ask them? What do you like about the game? What needs work? Letting me know what's most important to focus on will allow me to give everyone the experience they want as quickly and efficiently as possible.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「Quests Unlimited is pretty far along in development. Most planned systems are currently in place and now it's mostly down to polishing and improving user experience. That means art being upgraded, game balancing until things feel right, etc. Ultimately I expect for the official release to be out in a few months, but if I get involved in implementing a new mechanic due to feedback that could change.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「This game has a lot of it's features in place but there's still a few things on to to-do list from a gameplay perspective as well as some features to be implemented to accompany it's release on Steam. Everything noted in the "About This Game" paragraph is currently implemented and working as intended with the current builds of the game.

Features that are integral to gameplay but are as of yet implemented are as follows:

• A system to allow the player to choose how important each stat is for each party member. Currently I have default values set for each class but there's no way implemented for a player to make their own choices
  
• A way to mark items for sale and/or way to specify particular equipment for your party to keep. Right now everything is handled automatically but I want players to have the option to make their own choices if they choose to.

To better utilize the Steam platform you can also expect the following in the future:

• Steam cloud saves
  
• Acheivements
  
• Trading cards (once the game has sold enough to be permitted to distribute them)

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「The game is completely functional. Everything appears to be working as intended and bugs are sparse. The main reason it's being released in early access instead of as a normal release is so that I have time to work with the community and tweak things as needed to create the best possible user experience. If you want a better idea about the current state of the game I suggest you refer to the "About this Game" section.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「Yes. I understand that although there's a lot to do in this version of the game, it's still not quite a finished product. As such I'm not asking full price for the game. If you'd like to see what it has to offer and also have your voice heard in the development process, then this is a great time to buy the game at a discount.

If you're looking for a fully polished product (at full price) then I implore you to wait until Quests Unlimited leaves early access.」
