Varför Early Access?

“Banshee Force is a different kind of tower defense game where you are stand in the midst of the battle grounds destroying missiles and the ships firing them before they impact your cities. The input of many is critical for balancing challenges and achievements as new enemy types, towers, tower upgrades and other abilities are added. Involvement of a large community of people that enjoy games of this kind is critical in making it fun and challenging—the best game possible. Early Access lets the game get into the hands of far more people than an internal release. While the initial concept is finished, and as the game is further enhanced, community input will assure the game is kept fun and to continued being played.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“When the game feels done it will be released, but the work will continue. Enhancements will continue to be added to the game to keep it fresh and challenging. Initial estimate for time in Early Access is 6 to 12 months.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“The full version of the game will include more enemy types and challenges, new towers, tower upgrades and capabilities. It is also planned to add more types of islands with multiple cities to defend simultaneously. Ideas that come from this community as we play the game will also be considered. The release version should support a wider version of VR hardware as well.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“The game is fully playable and offers 10 levels of difficulty, three different types of towers and three different types of enemies exist. Pre-release play testing has proven the game is playable and engaging. Players learned the mechanics quickly, were able to build towers and defend against dozens of missiles. Assuming you can track can defend against dozens of incoming missiles with the towers and defenses that you have built, you should have quite the challenge for hours to come.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“The price of the game will increase during Early Access giving a bigger savings to early adopters. The retail price of the game will be higher than the price of the game during Early Access.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“Players are encouraged to post feedback of the things they like, the things they would like to see changed and ideas for improvements. Bug fixes will be prioritized, but also will addressing things people want changed while keeping intact the things posted as making the game great. Posts should be concise, direct and constructive to save time and minimize backlog.”
