Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« Orcz Evolve is a VR game on HTC Vive, which makes feedback iterations for a small studio as ours nearly impossible. We want to use Early Access to understand what are the invisible stones in the core gameplay, and understand whether people like it at all. This feature solves every issue we have at the moment. Also, we want to finalize our core gameplay to pass to content generation and polish. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« Approximately 6-8 months at most. Depends on whether we find any new mechanics that tie well with the players, whether those are crucial for the project as a game. In that case this period may be subject to prolongation. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« At the moment we have the core gameplay and roughly 1/4 of the content. Most assets are made outside of the studio (bought, or free, or use a CC License).
The final product is going to launch when we:
a) Finalize our gameplay loop and make it enjoyable for our players.
b) Finalize our content generation, replace our placeholder assets.
c) Finalize polishing the game feel.

These are the general guidelines for what is the difference going to be. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« As mentioned in the previous answer, Orcz Evolve has a core gameplay loop and core features available at the moment. It needs some constructive feedback from the general player. We can say roughly it's at 80% gameplay-wise, 30-40% content-wise. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« We may raise the price respectively to any new features we may decide to implement during Early Access period. Most probably it will happen, but we aren't looking forward to drastically increasing the price of the final product. »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« We've got a considerable amount of people who are interested in playing our game on Social Media. We plan to involve the Steam Community in the development process through their feedback via comments, ratings, polls and open-table conversation sessions shall the players like the game in its present state and share our vision in making the game better and unfolding it's potential. We also plan to host several key giveaway sessions to welcome new players to our game. »
