為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Fantasy Realm has been a massive undertaking - currently two and a half years into development. In its current state, the main quest takes 20-30 hours to play through. There is still a ton left to do, but with the open nature of the game, I feel the time is right to bring the game to the public and get feedback on the flow for all the class/weapon/spell combinations.」

「Unknown. Development paused for some time, and is currently being ramped up again.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「Additional planned content includes:

The final conquest, in which you lead your assembled party into the depths of Aelimeth's territory.
Travel deeper into the elemental temples and beyond, into the planes of the Elemental Incarnates.
Construction of advanced ships, suitable for exploration of post-endgame islands with unique challenges.
Additional adventures in the form of incidental side-quests.
Upgrades to towns and outlying resources. Currently everything can be captured, but only the ports can be upgraded.
Overworld terrain changes based on captures/upgrades. Interiors change based on the state of each region, but I'm holding off on the overworld until I've locked the layouts.
Unique events based on calendar dates.

「In its current state, the game contains 20-30 hours of content. Much of this is comprised of the main quest and exploration aspects of the game. Approximately two-thirds of the main quest is currently playable, with content suitable for parties up to level 45 or so. Six of the seven nations are accessible, from overworld to cave systems to temples.」

「Not likely in the near future.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「Development will be highly reliant on community feedback. With the array of character/skill/party configurations, and the amount of content already implemented, I have no real way of testing every combination. I'd like every play style to be viable and rewarding. Balanced parties are fun, but what if you want to run around as a band of monks and mages? What if you go all melee tanks? I will be reliant on your feedback to ensure all of the possibilities deliver to their potential!」

Embark on an epic adventure, in which you must unite the survivors of a fantastical apocalypse and strike back against the greatest evil the world has ever known. Combining elements of classical turn-based and modern open-world roleplaying games, Fantasy Realm delivers a unique yet familiar experience, the likes of which you've never seen before.

RECLAIM FALLEN KINGDOMS
Fight back against the undead hordes of Aelimeth's Legion, capturing territory province-by-province. Re-establish supply lines, upgrade regions, and bring order to a continent overrun by chaos.

OPEN-ENDED CHARACTER PROGRESSION
Customize your character as you play. 19 branching character classes, dozens of weapon-based skills, a variety of costumes, and a host of elemental spells are all at your disposal as you explore the expansive continent of Tol.

ASSEMBLE YOUR PARTY
Recruit up to six additional followers from the shattered nations, forge weapons and armour, and craft exotic spells, potions, and items from the resources you've captured. Open-ended class design ensures you will always have an answer to the threats you will encounter in the wild.

ADVENTURE AWAITS
The Legion of Aelimeth isn't the only obstacle in your path. Explore ancient temples, take on epic megabeasts, and disrupt hostile faction activity. Or simply take the day off and go fishing. The choice is always yours.
