Zero Symptom is a first-person horror game with shooter and survival elements that tells the story of a doctor who arrives at the center of an epidemic caused by an experimental vaccine against COVID.

The game takes place around the 90s in post-Soviet Russia, in one of the many remote towns in the forgotten corners of the country.

The vaccine worked as expected for most people, but turned the rest into previously unseen creatures.

The previous doctor has stopped communicating, and you will have to learn about his actions before you, as well as clean up the consequences or worsen them with your choice.

Will you be able to stop the spread of the epidemic and help everyone in need, will you be able to save seemingly hopeless patients, or will you turn the city into a hotbed of infection?

The choice is yours.
