Posable Heroes

A puzzle game that asks YOU to animate the main characters. In the same spirit as Toribash or QWOP, Posable Heroes is a physics game that rewards precision and physical manoeuvres. Pose your characters and press play to see what happens. Keep modifying the poses until you create a full movie that solves each challenge.

Miksi Early Access?

The campaign mode is finished right now, and you can already play all levels and complete the game from start to finish. The story is complete.
I will spend the time on Early Access working on:

Improve the Level Editor. To make it easier to work with.
Create extra custom levels for advanced players.
Find and fix reported bugs.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

The full version will have extra custom levels, that provide challenges for the advanced players. They will be more sandbox type of levels and not realted to the current story.
It will also have a better level editor, easier to use. The one I have right now is too hard to use and not friendly at all.

The campaign mode is finished right now, you can play all intended levels from start to finish and complete the game. You will experience the full story and the only thing missing is a good level editor.

I need help finding and reporting bugs that could be hidden right now. I also want people to create levels and share them so they can be added to the official release when the time is right. Players will be able to create levels they want included in the final version.

Posable Heroes is a game that asks YOU to animate the characters.
Pose your character and press play to see how the new animation turns out. Keep adding poses until you create a full movie that solves the level.

Each level poses a challenge that you have to overcome. For this, you need to create animations that vary in length. From short and simple animations on the first levels to complex and long movies in the last levels.

Since you'll be creating an entire animation, you'll have complete control of which part of the movie you want to modify. Pause the movie at any point, and add a pose. A pose is just like a keyframe, so the character knows that it has to reach that pose in that specific moment.

After a pose has been created, move the character's limbs to any position. You may go for stylish movements, ninja movements, or whatever works for you! When you pose the character a projection will let you know what will happen in the near future. Use that projection to find the right movement.

If you are happy with it, move on! You can add as many a poses as you need. All levels require you to build a full animation to solve them.

Control up to three characters at once collaborating to solve the levels.
