“We plan to continue working on the game until the multiplayer is thoroughly enjoyable and every country that wants to be represented in the game has a player added to the game. You can vote on players to be added on the Facebook page (see external links). We expect this to be done in roughly 2 months.”

“More characters, powerups, features, based on feedback from the community.”

Update/Patch 1.0.0.1:

Bug fixes and changes:

-New default cursor that’s easier to see.
-Ellie Wilder buffed; Given 10 stamina instead of 8.
-New taunts/banter added
-Schedule autocalc button changed only available in debug mode
-Controls now display correctly when referring to them when paused
-New American/British taunts/banter
-Field of View ceiling increased (how you can use the mouse wheel or camera options to view more of the pitch)
-Fixed a bug in tutorial whereupon returning to it for a second time, the player’s position would be different
-Fixed undo button so it stops the game from crashing, but temporarily is broken.
-Moved the “defaults” button in Online Options so the game mode is visible.
-Online ranked multiplayer games no longer crash at the end
-Fixed teams getting jumbled and losing players when a new player is unlocked.*
-Legacy built-in messages removed, which would cause a player in full screen to have to minimize and reload their window on some machines.
-Fixed quabble scoring objects disappearing or moving to the center of the pitch
-Fixed quabble rolling infinitely and not being able to be picked up (I think; this type of thing happens rarely so it’s hard to verify when it’s actually fixed. Lettuce know if you experience it)
-Fixed a soft lock in the tutorial where, if a player decided to score on the opposite hoops instead of the ones on the right, they wouldn’t be able to pick up the quabble.
-Various achievements fixed
-Various stats such as tracking online wins and losses fixed
-Some sounds converted from .wav to ogg which should speed up load time.
-Seeker powerup removed until we can find a way to make it less buggy and more noticeable
-Tutorial book will no longer glow after you’ve completed the tutorial for the first time
-Game should no longer break when given certain seeds in the tournament bracket
-Built-in show_messages removed that would cause the game to leave full screen on some machines.

* = unsure if fixed, but the bug is hard to reproduce.

Known bugs:
-Undo button is broken offline
-Client’s players in multiplayer do not always line up correctly on offense.
-Full screen mode doesn’t always appear to save correctly on some machines
-Loading a game can load the wrong file
-Screwing around with settings in multiplayer while opponent is screwing around with their team can screw up a lot of stuff
-More achievements need to be fixed
-Can’t be blue in single player
