“We had originally planned to finish Heavy Impact in July of 2017. We were on target but here it is, early October of 2017 after experiencing an unexpectedly rocky year so far. We slowed down a lot in the earlier parts of 2017 since one of us created a brand new human and we all had life shakeups of various sorts. We are hopeful to land on a trajectory that puts us toward a mid-2019 release of the final game.”

“The full version is intended to have far more content with a full campaign mode and the robot building and customizing system will be fully implemented. There will be more modules and abilities to use in the final version as well.”

If I had to give the current version a percentage of completeness, I would say it's 25% toward the final full version, though I do believe the first 25% was the most difficult part.
