Miksi Early Access?

Room scale virtual reality is just getting started, and we're trying to push the boundaries beyond gaming. We're utilizing VR to help users explore beautifully complex woodland environments. We'll need some time to fully bake the levels, guns, and balance the game mechanics.


We'd like to get feedback from our users and develop a strong community of mindful people who either are just learning to hunt or have been hunting for a long time.

Until its ready for primetime. Right now, we think there is a pretty strong case that users will want to visit several different environments, and hunt many different types of game.

When we release in general availability, users can expect that they will have:
* A half dozen different animals to hunt.
* A dozen different environments.
* A half dozen weapons and powerups
* Shared leaderboards

We plan to spend another month through the holidays to develop the game mechanics and balance the environment. Expect general availability after then.

We will base our changes primarily on user feedback. The changes will fall into 3 categories:

Weapons, animals, and environments
- What weapons make the most sense for users, when hunting different animals in different environments?

Social Mechanics
- How can I show off the game I've bagged?
- How can I compete against, or work with, my friends while hunting?
- We would like to add support for Steam Achievements.

Balance
- How do we balance the difficulty of each environment? How many animals, at what locations, at what speed, do we place in each environment?

There are currently
* 3 levels, each with 3 waves of animals
* 3 different animals
* 1 type of gun
* Teleportation via control pad
* A basic scoring system.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

The game will be discounted during early access, and all guns and levels will be included at the discounted price. After early access, the price will go up and users will have to purchase packs of levels and guns.

We will be closely monitoring forums on Steam and Reddit to interact with our users, and quickly responding to any and all support requests.

We will post regular updates with photos of potential new features to get feedback before we update the app, and sometimes include easter eggs for users to find in updates.
