Miksi Early Access?

Still working out assets, gameplay, and the user interface / interactions. Xark is currently in a free alpha until the content justifies a price tag, which may be some time away.

Until it has a breadth of content that can make for an engaging experience and last for multiple hours.

There will be a significant increase in content. We're expecting a game that should take about an hour and thirty minutes to get through if everything goes perfectly for the player, but we expect it to take much longer before the average player is able to get a "perfect run".

Early alpha. At the initial time of release, the game has only been in development for around a month.

Suggestion threads on the steam community, regular reddit interactions, and comments in devlogs will all be used in the design and development of the game. We might even be open to volunteers who want to help create it.

Understand that this is currently an Alpha, and as such we are letting people play for free. Expect there to be some bugs, issues, and an underwhelming amount of content for now.
