Why Early Access?

“Because of the unique style of game-play in Robots In The Wild I believe having the feedback of players will greatly help in the development of an enjoyable experience. I have never played a game quite like it and so it can be difficult to guess which areas of the game may be confusing, too difficult, or just plain not fun.

I would also love to hear suggestions for new Robots, Planets, Monsters and more from the community!”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Now that I have a solid foundation of systems for Robots In The Wild all that is left to create is more content. I predict it will take me 2 years to complete my goal of an additional 60 planets, around 20 Robots, and around 30 Monsters.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I plan on adding Online Co-op and Online Battle systems. I also plan on completing the Single Player Storyline.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Fully playable but a bit lacking in content. Making content is my favorite part of game development and I look forward to getting it done.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features. Getting in early will get you the best deal and help me fund the game moving forward.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I would love to present the community with options for the next Robot/Planet/Monster and have them vote on which one to bring into the game in the next update.”
