"Welcome to your first shift."

  'Just A Regular Night Patrol' is a first-person simulation game. Over the course of 8 days, you must review and execute your daily tasks based on the instructions sent via email by Sumin. While the atmosphere may feel heavy, oppressive, or dimly lit, you don't need to worry about jumpscares or supernatural anomalies—there are none. Your ultimate goal is to simply be an ordinary night security guard and complete your shifts without making mistakes.

"I trust you can handle the additional workload without issue."

  At first, your routine is simple. However, as the days progress and you prove your competence, your workload will gradually expand. Some of the newly added patrol routes might make you question whether they even fall under a security guard's legitimate line of duty. But no matter what absurd tasks are thrown your way, your primary objective remains the same: prove your worth as the flawless night watchman.

"Since when was anything in this company normal?"

  You can strictly mind your own business and focus solely on your duties, but if your curiosity gets the better of you, opportunities exist to peer into the company's inner workings through Sumin's computer. Discover what the daytime employees really think of this workplace and catch a glimpse of the corporate culture under the sun. While there may not be any grand, earth-shattering conspiracies hidden within, it will certainly add a bit of intrigue to your otherwise monotonous nightly patrols.

  And if you pay meticulous attention to detail each and every day... you just might find a completely different way to conclude your final night shift.
