“The vision for the full release includes extensive gameplay and deep systems. By launching in Early Access, we can thoroughly test mechanics, introduce new content, eliminate bugs, and fine-tune balance alongside our community. This allows players to get an early taste of the experience while helping us shape the ultimate version of the game.”

“This game is expected to remain in Early Access until mid-to-late 2027 as the game continues to expand. ”

“The full release will feature a complete set of achievements, alongside brand-new levels and content not found or available in Early Access. Even after 1.0, we are committed to providing ongoing updates and support to keep expanding the game.”

“The current state has a simple gameplay loop for the three levels already implemented into the game, and has multiplayer functionality, with interactable objects and a working inventory system, lose system, spectating, basic entities, sound and UI. It also has adjustable settings such as resolution, texture quality, graphics quality, etc. Additionally, it includes a singleplayer mode, allowing for gameplay offline. The game is missing core functionality, such as endings, cutscenes, better AI, better gameplay loop, more levels, polish, etc. This is not near the planned release version, as we're currently laying the foundation the game, though, we are constantly adding new content and moving towards getting actual solid gameplay. ”

Tentang Permainan Ini

Explore a collection of unsettling, eerie and liminal spaces inspired by the Backrooms. while actively trying to find a way out for your survival. 

This game is currently in development and is not a full release. More information about the game can be found in the Discord server. 

Create a team of up to 2-6 players and explore the Backrooms together. Cooperation is essential in order to survive. Make sure to communicate with your teammates and beware of the environment.

This game will offer multiples different game modes for different playstyles. The standard mode contains hostile entities and higher difficulty designed to create a survival focused experience. If you want a simpler and friendly, but still eerie difficulty, a "liminal" mode removes entities and threats, allowing the exploration of environments, whether just for the vibes, or the layout of the game.

Explore up to multiple distinct levels. Each inspired by Backrooms lore. Each level will be hand crafted in order to create an immersive and eerie feeling.

Immerse yourself inside the backrooms with teammates with built-in proximity voice chat, allowing for communications inside the levels. Be careful, as some environments might need you to be silent, so make sure to keep an eye out. Or don't.

Each level has their own entities from the Backrooms, each entity is different so make sure to adapt in order to survive.

This game will receive content updates such as new levels, bug fixes, and more, all on Steam and for free after purchase. Includes free seasonal events/updates. No paid DLC.
