DATACORE: HAYWIRE is an experimental top down story based puzzle game that takes place within “The Cubicle”, a massive city within the confines of an indestructible fifty thousand square mile box for 500 years, with no knowledge of why or how.

Hack your way through randomly generated node based puzzle gameplay deciphering codes that get progressively more difficult as you play. Tons of different codes to crack with hidden Easter eggs to find.

Sprawling, gorgeous hand crafted industrial dystopian pixel environments across the many districts of the Cubicle, Lovecraftian low poly 3D, from trash cans, to expressive character sprites, each pixel was placed with care. With beautiful lighting that sets it apart from most pixel art games, this world's dense history is shown just from its environments.

Poverty ravages the streets of this gritty futuristic city. People fighting to be able to afford anything, vagabonds in a wild west. The food that is available is near inedible because of the climate, but it's all they know. The elite of this sub-world stress that the outside is too dangerous to allow anyone out. Eating delicacies in their towers. Nobody knows if the outside is truly dangerous. Or if they are just keeping them there to isolate them for power.

• Wait, how is this different from the game jam "DATACORE"?

The game jam "DATACORE" is a less polished DEMO of "DATACORE: HAYWIRE". The DEMO will get a polished and updated version which will be updated with new gameplay, music, art, and more choices to affect the plot. That will be in line with the quality of the full release of DATACORE: HAYWIRE.

• When will the DEMO come out?
