Have you ever sat down and asked yourself, what if the great philosophers of old were actually animalized fighters throwing down with each other to figure out the next great idea? No? Huh… Well we did, and now we invite you to try your hand at the Socratic Smackdown!! 

• Philosophical Plat-Fighting 

Socratic Smackdown is the next in the very long and established line of 2.5D platform fighters, this time taking you all across a long forgotten world. It may not be exactly what you learned in history class but you’ll be able to bring your clashes across 12 unique stages— Each tying into a unique character's lore and real world connection! 

• Unique Characters 

Take control of one of three reimagined ancient philosophers, each with a new animal themed twist! Will you play as Sharkrates, the master of questioning, who is as strong as an incoming tidal wave? Maybe Pythongoras, the charming snake with a passion for all things math and a trick up his sleeve. Or if neither of those suit your fancy, there’s always Newtcolo, our favorite Italian newt, whose eye for power has isolated him from all others. Regardless of who you pick, there will always be new knowledge to learn with each of our legendary champions! 

• Head-Banging Music 

If you're winning, you’ll know it! Thanks to a dynamic music system, your specific character’s theme song will play when you’re in the lead, letting the whole lobby know who’s beating them! Enjoy your music, because it might’ve just put a big target on your back!
