Something went wrong in the mountains of Pine Ridge County. A decade ago, a classified government research facility buried deep in the wilderness, went silent. Within weeks, so did everything else. No broadcasts. No rescue. No explanation.

The world you knew is gone. Nature has reclaimed the roads, the power grids have long since failed, and the dead outnumber the living a thousand to one. Pine Ridge County is yours now. What's left of it.

A World Worth Exploring
Pine Ridge County is a handcrafted open world spanning dense mountain forests, crumbling infrastructure, and overgrown ruins. A decade after the collapse, nature is slowly reclaiming what civilization left behind, but ARC's abandoned facilities still litter the mountainside, silent and waiting. Every location tells a story. Not all of them have endings yet.

Survive the Day. Dread the Night
Daylight belongs to the living, barely. Use every hour to scavenge, build, and prepare. When darkness falls, the horde descends on your position without fail. The infected that roam Pine Ridge during the day are dangerous. The ones that come out at night are something else entirely, mutated, faster, and harder to put down. Every dawn you survive is borrowed time.

Build, Fortify, and Hold the Line 
Your base is the only thing standing between you and the horde. Scavenge materials from across the county, construct walls and defenses, and reinforce your position night after night. What you build, and how well you build it, determines whether you see morning.

Loot, Craft, and Gear Up
Supplies are scarce and spread thin across a sprawling open world. Scavenge abandoned towns, ransack ARC facilities, and push into dangerous territory for higher-tier loot. Craft weapons, tools, and equipment from what you find, and manage your hunger, thirst, and injuries.

Get Behind the Wheel 
Locate and repair vehicles scattered across Pine Ridge County. Push deeper into dangerous territory for the supplies you can't find close to home. Just make sure you're back before dark.
