"Ironblood is a deep, systems-driven game and we want to build it alongside our community. The core game loop is complete and fully playable, but Early Access allows us to expand content, balance systems, and add features based on real player feedback. We believe the people playing the game should help shape its future."

"We expect Ironblood to be in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months. We will exit Early Access when the full feature set is complete, the game is thoroughly balanced, and the community is satisfied with the experience."

"The full version of Ironblood will include expanded content across all major systems. We plan to add Steam Achievements, Steam Workshop mod support, additional lore events, expanded rival house behaviours, deeper fighter interaction systems, and further Emperor progression content. We also plan to add additional arenas, fighters, and world-building content based on community feedback.

We're currently working on UI improvements, fighter animations, a trading card mini-game playable at the tavern, roguelike adventures you can send your fighters on, and a trophy room with collectables.

The core game loop is fully playable now and will continue to be refined throughout Early Access."

The core systems are all functional including fighter recruitment and management, event creation, fight simulation with permadeath, the spy network, rival house AI, the Emperor stat and perk system, the World Chronicle, the d20 decision system, Hall of Fame, pound-for-pound rankings, music, voice overs, and SFX. The game is fully playable and delivers a complete dynasty management experience. Early Access allows us to expand and polish based on real player feedback."

"Yes. We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features throughout Early Access. Early Access supporters will get the best price and all future updates at no extra cost."

"The community will be central to Ironblood's development. We plan to actively gather feedback through Steam discussions and forums, run regular developer updates and patch notes, hold polls on upcoming features and balance changes, and prioritise the most requested improvements in each update. Players who get involved early will directly shape what Ironblood becomes at 1.0."

IRONBLOOD is at it's core, a deep dark fantasy management sim. You run a fighting promotion. You sign fighters, negotiate contracts, build fight cards, and schedule events.
