Only run as long as your heart can handle it.

If it feels too easy or overwhelming, press ESC at any time to switch roles and play.

Interact: E

Check Status: F

Rotate Camera: Arrow Keys

Press F to check your status.

Do not ignore the warning beeps from your watch! You could be in danger.

Do not panic, even if the path seems endless.

Keep moving forward, and eventually... you might just reach the end.
