Hexa Vanguard was born from a love of deep strategy and emergent chaos. While the core loop of assembling your squad, customizing them, and battling through random events is fully functional and packed with content, we believe the best strategies are forged in the fires of community feedback.

Early Access allows us to partner with you—the players—to polish the hexes, balance the builds, and expand the universe. We have a roadmap filled with more heroes, more events, and more items, but we want to prioritize the features you find most exciting.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate HEXAVANGUARD will be in Early Access for approximately 6 to 9 months. This timeframe allows us to implement our core roadmap while giving us the flexibility to react to community feedback and add unexpected features based on popular demand.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The foundation of HEXAVANGUARD is solid, but our plan for the Full Version to be the Definitive Edition of the tactical experience. Our planned roadmap includes:

Additional Heroes: We plan to expand the roster, introducing new mechanics and playstyles.

More Events & Encounters: We want the random event pool to feel bottomless. Expect more lore-rich encounters, bizarre shrines, and difficult choices.

Expanded Endgame: New difficulty modes, endless waves, or boss rush modes for those who seek the ultimate challenge.

Polish & Juiciness: Enhanced visual effects, sound design, and quality-of-life features to make every crit and ability feel impactful.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version of HEXAVANGUARD is a content-rich, stable, and highly replayable strategic core.

20+ Unique Heroes: All Vanguards are fully playable with their unique traits.

Deep Customization: The full suite of abilities, inventory items, and synergies is active and ready to be exploited.

Robust Event System: A large library of random events is already in the game, ensuring no two runs feel the same.

Polish: The game is in a polished, bug-tested state, free of major crashes or blockers, ready for you to theory-craft for hours.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to gradually increase the price as we add new content and features.”
