Father Forgets

A short atmospheric story about the moment when a father realizes he has been too strict with his son.

Father Forgets is a small narrative pixel-art game inspired by the classic essay about parenting, regret, and the love we sometimes express too late.

The player experiences one day in a family's life through the father’s memories: the rush of the morning, children playing outside, tense words spoken in the heat of the moment, and a quiet evening when the realization comes of what truly matters.

This is a short interactive experience built around atmosphere, visual storytelling, and an emotional narrative.
