Balance compliance scores, capital budgets, risk metrics, and political pressure as you navigate OSHA audits, whistleblower reports, vapor releases, and the quiet friction of a facility that never stops running. When crisis strikes, time slows and the real test begins.

Manage what matters:

  • Monitor your facility through a live risk heatmap. Green zones can turn red without warning.

  • Navigate a 12-month regulatory calendar of OSHA audits, environmental reviews, and board pressure

  • Respond to operational events, media scrutiny, supply chain disruptions, and whistleblower reports

  • Balance four interconnected resources: Capital Budget, Compliance Score, Risk Score, and Political Score

  • Make decisions under pressure with no objectively right answer. Only tradeoffs.

When crisis hits: Time slows. Actions are limited. Stakeholders apply pressure from every direction. Your response determines whether you survive the incident or lose your job.
