Why Early Access?

“Ara Gui Mano: Buscar y Escapar is in Early Access because the core gameplay is already playable (turn-based tactical exploration + stealth + resource management), but we are still in the process of balancing and expanding content.
We want to grow the game and polish key systems with real player feedback: difficulty balance, turn pacing, enemy behavior, UI clarity, and performance improvements. Early Access allows us to iterate quickly instead of waiting to release a “perfect” final build.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the game to remain in Early Access for several months (roughly 6–12 months, depending on testing results and player feedback). Our goal is to leave Early Access once the content and balance are solid and the experience feels complete from start to finish.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“More playable content (areas/maps/objectives) and a wider variety of tactical situations.

More enemy variety and improvements to patrol/detection behavior.

More tools/resources and additional ways to interact with the environment.

Refined balance and difficulty (progression, action costs, tension vs. frustration).

Overall polish: UX/UI, tutorials, visual/audio feedback, performance, and bug fixes.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Right now, the game offers an offline experience focused on:

Turn-based gameplay with action points.

Isometric grid exploration with routes, obstacles, and positioning decisions.

Stealth and evasion against enemies that patrol and detect the player.

Resource gathering and use to progress.

Some areas are still in development, including the amount of content, fine-tuning balance, UI improvements, tutorialization, and general polish.”

About This Game

In Ara Gui Mano: Search and Escape, you control a survivor trapped in a hostile environment. The game combines turn-based strategy, grid-based movement, and stealth: plan routes, manage your action points, and use the environment for cover, gather resources, and move forward without being detected.

In a world inspired by regional myths, creatures stalk the land. Your goal is simple and difficult at the same time: find what you need to survive and escape.
