It is one of the most valuable abilities for Elemental Heroes as it fills all the resource storages to their maximum.
One should use it wisely, as you have only one such chance. It is recommended to purchase this DLC when you have high storages upgrade and low resources amount in them. You may upgrade your storages by playing the game or by purchasing other available DLC.

Once purchased, your storages will be filled to maximum no matter how much resources you had before.
