Characters:

Emma, an exhausted corporate accountant. After her last boyfriend dumped her via a single text message sent from a beach in Bali, she officially retired from real-world dating. Her heart now belongs to Leon from Love and Fantasia, a 2D yandere with a tragic backstory and will never ghost her for a surfing trip.

She thinks that’s the end, then IT shows up.

Hal is the "temp" tech guy who looks like he hasn't slept since the cloud was invented. He is the opposite of smooth, and more like the kind of person who says something sweet accidentally then immediately looks for a server rack to hide behind. Somehow, he managed to fix Emma’s actual and metaphorical hardware.
