Varför Early Access?

“The core game loop is complete and playable from start to finish —
two divisions, a national cup, transfers, contracts, and a full
30-season Challenge Mode with global leaderboard. I'm releasing
in Early Access to get real player feedback on balance and pacing
before adding more divisions, scouting, staff mechanics, and stadium
upgrades. Your saves will carry forward to v1.0.”

“Approximately 6 to 12 months, depending on development pace and
community feedback.”

“Early Access includes the complete core experience. For v1.0 we plan
to add more league divisions with full promotion and relegation, a
scouting system, staff with mechanical effects, stadium upgrades,
European competitions, and Steam Achievements. The Challenge Mode
leaderboard will expand with more tracked records.”

“The game is fully playable. Two divisions with promotion, relegation
and playoffs, a national cup, transfer market, contract system,
random events, detailed financial management, and a complete
30-season Challenge Mode that submits your score to a global
leaderboard. Stable, with autosave.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“We plan to increase the price when the game leaves Early Access.
Players who support the game during Early Access get the best price.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“The Chairman is built to evolve with its players. We'll be active
on the Steam community hub — patch notes for every update,
developer posts explaining design decisions, and open discussion
about what gets built next.

Balance, pacing, and new features will be shaped by what the
community actually plays. The global leaderboard creates a
natural feedback loop: when players compete, problems surface fast.

If you find a bug, suggest a feature, or think something feels off,
post it. We read everything.”
