As governor, you are responsible for the well-being of your citizens. Meet their economic and social needs, provide housing, create jobs, and supply the growing demand for better goods and services. Your choices shape the growth and development of the settlement.

Balance Loyalty and Ambition

You do not rule alone. A distant imperial power oversees your colony and expects your obedience. Will you meet the crown’s expectations, and remain a loyal governor, or will you choose your people and pursue self-rule? But beware, the path to independence will not be granted freely.
