Why Early Access?

“Ivory Quest is already a complete game with all core features implemented. We're using Early Access as a soft launch to gather community feedback, test our Steam presence, and continue to enhance the gameplay. This allows us to identify any remaining issues and make incremental improvements based on real-world player experience.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to use Early Access because the game will be going live free for the base part of the app. We plan to have future releases that will contain premium purchases for access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes all core features: three game modes (Treble Clef, Bass Clef, Full Staff), progressive difficulty, high score tracking, and 8-language support. The full version will include any refinements we make based on community feedback. We're not planning major new features—the game is already feature-complete.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Fully functional. All three game modes work, high scores save correctly, high score save functions, and the game supports 8 languages. Ready for players.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game is currently free, it will release as is. We hope to add additional features which may have paid access in future releases.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We'll monitor feedback through our support email and use community input to guide any improvements. Players can reach out directly with bug reports, suggestions, or general feedback.”
