About This Game

In 9th Century France, during the reign of Charlemagne, the Saracens invaded from the east. Bradamante, the strongest of Charlemagne’s paladins, is pushing back the invasion along with her comrades.

In this top-down high-fantasy RPG, you’ll play as Bradamante exploring the magical lands of medieval France, forging alliances, rivalries, and romance among the knights of both armies.

This game is a Hack&Slash with a simple, fast and energetic combat system in which you’ll make combos in rapid succession and fight multiple enemies at once.

COMBAT

Our approach to Hack&Slash is fast and chaotic, with several characters in the party that fight alongside each other and a permissive potion command that heals the character with lowest health immediately.

During the game you’ll be able to switch characters and try their different fighting style. Use special abilities each knight has, with various effects in combat. Find different kinds of potions that heal yourself and the party and affect their combat effectiveness.

PLOT

Bradamante is an adaptation of the classic poem Orlando Furioso, a tale of wandering knights that quest through medieval France during the Saracen invasion. In this story the Order of Paladins, an elite group of knights closest to emperor Charlemagne, fight their way to repel the invading forces of King Agramante.

Bradamante, the strongest of the paladins, engages in numerous adventures with her allies and rivals, knights of both the carolingian Army, and the Saracen forces. All while the campaign of King Agramante moves closer and closer to the gates of Paris.

KNIGHTS

Each knight has their own story. The player will be able to join them in different adventures as they explore their particular plotlines. Help Orlando track the whereabouts of the missing Lady Angelica. Rescue the knight Ruggiero from an imprisonment in a mountain fortress. Aid Reinaldo in his quest to get the favour of the kings of Scotland.
