Miksi Early Access?

Grand Cru is a complex management simulation. We want to balance the delicate relationship between terroir data, economic variables, and player decision-making through community feedback to ensure a truly vintage experience

Approximately 3 months. This focused period will be dedicated to integrating the 'Wine Blending' system and refining the 'Main Storyline' based on community feedback to ensure the final product meets the highest standards.

We plan to bring the father's legacy storyline to its conclusion, expand NPC relationships with an affinity-driven
story system, add rival winery challenges, and introduce a wider variety of events. Development priorities may
shift based on community feedback during Early Access.

The current Early Access build provides a functional core engine with several systems already implemented:

Vinification & Blending: Features a single-variety brewing system (fermentation and oak aging) and the recently added Bordeaux-style blending, allowing players to combine two different varieties.

Terroir Model: A growth system driven by dynamic weather and soil data.

Winery Management: A functional ranking system and AI-driven competition against rival estates.

Market Dynamics: A news-driven economic engine where global events trigger shifts in supply and demand.

Wholesale Trade: Negotiation mechanics with 25 distinct wholesalers, each with unique styles and budgets.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Yes. We plan to offer a reduced price during Early Access as a reward for our early supporters who help us shape the game. The price will increase upon the full release to reflect the addition of the blending system, completed storyline, and overall expanded content (Relationship with NPC).

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

We will be actively engaging with our community through our official Discord server and Steam Community Hub. We plan to host monthly 'Cellar Sessions' to discuss balancing the economic engine and gather feedback on the upcoming Blending system. Player reports on weather difficulty and market trends will directly influence our final tuning
